Horrible

Horrible. MiConsulado's system design is just a pain for an average user:
1. It makes it almost impossible to register as an applicant. Normal email addresses are not accepted.
2. Captchas on every single step.
3. Counterintuitive interface with very vague errors - it's impossible to apply for a visa at a consulate.
4. And on top of that - if you log in more than twice into their system within 24 hours, you get banned.

It makes me feel as if the Mexican government doesn't want foreign visitors at all.
