the one thing I didn't like was that when I asked if I could pay a few days in advance of my move-in date in order to secure the space, they said I could. But they did NOT tell me they would start my month on that date, so I basically paid for a week that I wasn't using the storage space. I would have waited. When I brought it up, the attitude was "too bad". Not what I expected.....so beware of that. Otherwise I love that all the spaces have exterior access. My last place was down a long dark cold hall on the second floor - what a dreary place and hassle to access and move stuff.

Very accommodating owners. Office was welcoming and clean, professional environment. Owner made very helpful suggestions regarding size of storage space, and possible alternative options. Friendly and welcoming. Facility is very secure.

This storage location staff provides fast and courteous service. They are efficient and very knowledgeable.

Sue and Ty were great to work with. And very helpful.

Storage units are very clean and up to date.

The outdoor slots for trailers is pretty tight but the storage units are normally spaced.

Works with military well but even with the discounts it is pricey in my opinion.

The entry exit point is real tight from the street. Access hours are reasonable.

Friendly and competent staff, would give 5 stars if the price dropped a bit.

Ty and Sue are always professional and very helpful. When my dad passed away, Ty especially was very considerate of my dealing with everything; he helped obtain storage and quickly prorated and adjusted rates when we moved from one unit to the other. Then, when I needed a place to store my dad's vehicle, he had that quickly available also.

I HIGHLY recommend them for your storage needs.

Got there late afternoon they were polite and helpful and took care of things quickly and efficiently. All and all a great experience.

Could be open with longer hours. Say, up to 10 pm daily.
