Received replacement test promptly but rather useless as I needed it while in London when required to test prior to sailing. Should be somewhere where one can pick up a replacement so it could be used

The test was cheap and the staff was kind. I strongly recommend this test than Express test for Japanese travelers.

Test was delivered the next day, easy to follow instructions and posted. Good to get sample received email from company to relieve stress. Results followed 24 hours later. Thank you for such a timely service.

Regular emails with clear instructions. A friendly assistant on arrival who talked me through the whole process. I received my results in less that 24 hours. A better map to indicate where they were would have been helpful though.

Nice experience
I recently traveled from Spain to London. I was very stressed about finding the right place to get the antigen test for my son and I,
In order to be able to re enter Spain again.
The hotel, where we were staying, recommended the Circular1Health at St.Pancreas.
I went to the clinic 2 days in advance to ensure the location and ask about the test. There were young people working there. One of the young girls called Ovita,very kindly help me with all the steps to register my booking online.
On the same day I contacted them by email and they replied instantly. The day after , I return to get the test for my son and I. On this occasion another nice girl called Alessia, helped us with the test, very patiently and professionally.
The results were ready in less than 30 minutes which, were sent to my email as they promised.
I highly recommend this Clinic.10/10

Website booking reasonably easy, phone call to Mia very helpful and problem resolved very well by Terry, however multiple mistakes by Amy at Barrow eg. Although me and my wife share same surname my email address was typed in wrong therefore I never received my certificate, my wife had wrong First name, wrong date of birth wrong surname. Mia was unable to send my certificate as her system wasn’t iPad friendly hence Terry sent it. This situation created unnecessary stress.
