incorrect adress for delivery at the parcel shop
I ordered stuff for around 500€ but the system of the webshop did not label the parcel correctly. The tracking system told me that the parcel is at the parcel shop where I can pick it up. Unfortunately the parcel was not correctly labeled for delivery to the parcel shop and got returned for this reason. I'm now waiting for a refund or better correctly labeled redelivery.

The parcel was resent using premium delivery from DHL. The label was incorrect again but as a client I could correct the adress through the DHL website.

It did not fit
It did not fit. It is too small. Also, trying to get the Velcro through the aperture was nearly impossible. So, I put it on a shelf and forgot it.

More than a toy!
Got Sparkly and BIT 2 for my daughters (8 & 14) — total hit! Sparkly is cute and fun, and BIT 2 looks like something out of a hacker movie (in the best way). They had a blast building and learning without even realizing it. CircuitMess, you nailed it. 10/10 would get hacked again. :)

Great product
Great product! Can’t say anything bad about the building experience, etc. On the other hand, I did not like the auto renewal on a one time purchase. And it wasn’t obvious how to choose which box you wanted first as was advertised.

I recently got the CircuitMess Chatter, and I couldn't be more impressed. The packaging was super clean and the instructions were beginner-friendly, making the whole build process smooth and enjoyable.

Quality Family Time
I've been building the NASA Space Rover along with the Artemis watch with my kids, it's so cool, and it was a great few hours of quality time with the kids, teaching them some of the basics that the school dont teach here. DO NOT ORDER, THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND NOT SHIP YOUR ORDER
Ordered hundreds of dollars of products from them over two months ago. Nothing has shown up. It wasn't until I inundated their Instagram with comments and messages that they finally responded with a tracking number. The tracking number says "label created, awaiting item".... TWO MONTHS LATER. Still no movement on it. Contacted the Zagreb postal service and they said they never received any items with that tracking number.
Looking around online, everyone seems to have this experience. I'm half assuming if, and a big IF, it arrives, it will be poor quality, considering the reviews I've read on the kits. I'm being gratuitous and giving them another week but I intend to initiate a chargeback with my bank because this company is a scam, and quite literally a FRAUD SCAM company that takes people's money and never ships items. I'm totally blown away how they relentless advertise products but clearly have an issue with not shipping orders. I hope they shut down or at the very least stop allowing orders from the US.
