The service and quality of the product I received was excellent. I noted my concerns to the agent who provided me a resolution that went above and beyond what I expected. The Landturbo Pro scooter continues to be my sole means of transportation to and from work. It's definitely dependable even in harsh Colorado conditions.

The help center responds fast and they are always working with the customer. The scooters they make are affordable and performs well too.

Amazing and awesome

I bought this scooter because of its good battery life, but it broke in less than a year. When I asked about the warranty, I was declined, even though I had read it before buying. I ended up spending more money on parts to fix it — but they sent me the wrong ones.

If you're planning to buy a scooter, make sure to read and compare the warranty carefully and check the materials used before deciding.

This company is serious and i agree 100% they build all circooter scooters with love and care very well built product I Have the original Mate from back in 2020 no complaints now i just purchased the new Cruiser Pro I weigh 230lbs so the dual motors will definitely help going up the steeper hills in the trails service is amazing thank you circooter !

In my case, I had a problem with the shipping company FedEx, but it had nothing to do with Circooter. They have excellent customer service. Once I filed a complaint about what happened, they resolved the situation within 24 hours. I'm very happy about that, and the product is a 10 out of 5. They have excellent quality. I'm very happy and I recommend them 100%.

Good scooter, but the Accelerator/finger paddles came loose and broke after 7-8 months.

My scooter arrived with an issue, but Mira went above and beyond to help me fix it! Her responses were lightning-fast and super helpful. I even learned a ton about the scooter during the process. In the end, I got a brand-new replacement for a very reasonable fee. Huge thanks to Mira for making this experience so positive

I recently bought the cruiser pro, had the raptor pro last year. A lot of minor issues I had with the raptor pro were improved in the cruiser pro, such as the lights not being fixed in place, the kickstand is not so small allowing to be used on more unstable surfaces. However the battery will lower power output the lower it gets. Meaning max speed output can only be used with 80-100% battery. On the raptor pro the power remained constant until you dropped below 20%. Despite this I am still quite happy with my scooter.

This company gets an A+ in customer service and communication and accommodation! Any time I have reached out to them (since my purchase of Circooter Mate scooter) the response has been quick, caring, clear and remarkable. They truly care and in this day and age that stands out.

⭐️ 1 STAR — DO NOT BUY CIRCOOTER

We bought a Circooter scooter in September 2025—literally 1.5 months ago—for our freshman daughter to get around campus and get to basketball practice. In that short time, the scooter has already stopped working completely.

And the worst part? We can’t return it.
A product that fails in under two months should absolutely be returnable or replaceable. The customer service has been unhelpful, dismissive, and unwilling to stand behind their own product.

This is unacceptable for something this expensive and supposedly built for daily use.

Save yourself the frustration and DO NOT BUY CIRCOOTER.
Terrible quality, terrible support, and no accountability.

Bought the Land Turbo Pro a few months ago and it far exceeded my expectations. At 6’2” and 230lbs it gets me around quickly and has excellent range. Had so much fun on this Scooter….Decided to get a 2nd one. The Cruiser Pro. This thing is a Rocket! Had a minor issue with it and customer service at Circooter went above and beyond to resolve the issue swiftly. My father told me when I was young….”When you buy something it is only as good as the service that comes with it”. Consider this when purchasing your Scooter.

I am writing this review to express my concern about Circooter’s unethical and unprofessional behavior toward its affiliate partners.

Many of us have experienced the same issue: our accounts clearly display earned commissions, yet payments are repeatedly delayed or never processed at all. Even after providing full screenshots, proof of traffic, and all requested verification documents, we receive no clear communication or resolution.

This ongoing lack of transparency and responsibility has caused significant inconvenience and raises serious concerns about the brand’s integrity. Affiliates deserve fair treatment and timely payment for their work.

I had an issue with my scooter parts order—the first shipment was lost, and I was frustrated. Once I reached out, Mira from Circooter completely turned the situation around.
