My experience with Circle Medical was frustrating from start to finish. The PA showed up 15 minutes late and was completely unresponsive to my questions and requests—especially regarding a drugstore change that she promised to handle promptly but never did. The prescription was later rejected by the pharmacy simply because it came from Circle Medical, and no one helped me find a pharmacy that would accept it.
Also they stretched the ADHD prescription process across two sessions—with much of the first visit feeling like filler. It seemed intentionally designed to charge for multiple appointments, which I suspect is a broader Circle Medical policy rather than an isolated incident regarding one specific doctor.
Do not waste your time. This service is inefficient, unhelpful, and feels outright exploitative. Stay far away.

This was a wonderful experience for me. It was so easy, so convenient and the doctor really took her time to thoroughly understand the situation. She made herself accessible and we can communicate via the InBox and scheduling is super easy. Loved the doctor I was paired with. Couldn't have been better.
Great physician . He took the time to do a proper intake and was very professional . Highly recommend .
When you need a doctor and you can't get in to see your regular primary care physician it's nice to know you can depend on Circle Medical to be there when you most need help. Was easy to make an appointment and the doctors are very professional and educated in all illnesses. I'm definitely coming back when I'm not feeling well again. Thank you!
With no warning , Circle Medical stopped taking Medicare, so now my doctor of which i have a patient doctor relationship basically disappears , you have no more access, they basically say go somewhere else, , this is shameful , i cant imagine how many people they did this too , Stay far away , I wasn't really happy with them but I was happy with my doctor. Im guessing they did something pretty bad to lose the access to Medicare billing. Look at there response, still don't answer the question what happened or any solutions. Now I need a new primary care doctor and start again. Like I said shameful

My practitioner listened to me and validated me. I felt important and she was very empathetic.
It was really simple to provide the necessary information and make an appointment, but then my provider didn't show up. Patient Support was very helpful though, and I was able to book a new same-day appointment for just an hour later and had a great experience. This process was much easier to manage than a traditional medical provider, which is much appreciated by a busy mom with ADHD and executive function issues also managing a business and 3 neurodivergent kiddos!
Doctor told me I needed an in-person consultation for my meds and that CM had offices in DC and VA. While this is technically true, they are not open and the nearest in-person provider is in NY. CM promised they could meet my medical conditions and fell about 250 miles short of the mark.

I have been trying to get my C-pap machine from this company for 7 months now. I have never had to work with a company so unprofessional. The Provider Dr. Butt apparently left and they had no idea he was gone and was trying to reach him for months so they could get my order & 7 months later and I'm still trying. I paid for the sleep study and if I go to a different provider they will want to do a entirely new sleep study that I will have to pay for again. Do your self a favor and don't go through the stress of this company, the bots are not helpful at all.

It was a good visit even though they could not assist me due to my use of pain medication. I felt like my concerns were heard, I was given valid guidance, and the clinical notes are detailed and accurate.
It was super convenient! I didn’t have to take time off from work because I was able to use my lunch break and video chat. I loved the ease of it and quickness. My problem was solved in 15 minutes!
My first visit with Circle Medical, I was very excited and skeptical at the same and the professionals at Circle Medical were everything I imagined it to be. My expectations were met and the zoom virtual meeting was great. Even when dealing with connection issues they were able to remain patient with me and when I reconnected we continued. They were thorough and accurate with questions and showed that they really want to provide the best care. I appreciate it and looking forward to meeting with them again.
First visit was very nice 🙂 looking forward to having this team on my side
Dr. Townsend was great!
Prompt, attentive, thorough.
Very easy to schedule and then access Zoom call. Simple annual exam done in about 25 minutes. All while having breakfast. Will definitely use the service next year for my wellness exam.
Thank you!
I liked that the appointment was fast and easy. My provider was nice and knowledgeable. I didn’t have to miss work to take my appointment.
