The report is easy to read, full of valuable information and very clear explanation. It really feels like a life hack.

Great way to better understand yourself and health
Great way to know more about yourself and have a detailed overview of your body's genetics, physiology and environment or external factors that may play an impact on your health and body.
good service and product
Counselling sessions removed no communication
Premium DNA kit purchased with 2 counselling sessions with results provided on 05 Oct 2021. Removed one counselling session with NO notice, communication or compensation. Also ignored request for partial refund as original full service was not delivered. I only realised this when I looked within my app to see only 1 counselling session on offer.
Excellent service from start to finish
Excellent service from start to finish, already recommended and shall do again.!
I really enjoyed reading through my…
I really enjoyed reading through my results, I was worried about the cancer aspect, however it said I didnt have any cancer mutations going on in my DNA, the only thing im at risk for when im older is Parkinson, so im doing whatever I can to lessen the chances of getting that. It also showed what vitamins I need more of, so I'll adjust my diet to suit those needs. It even goes as far as explaining what exercises are best suited for me. Apparently im suited for weight lifting and not long distance running, which makes perfect sense because I've never enjoyed running and am really good at lifting heavier and heavier weights. It showed me which diseases/negative things my future kids might inherit from me, so far its just ear infections and nothing severe. Schizophrenia runs through my mums side of the family so im really glad that my results said im at low risk of developing Schizophrenia - however that also depends on my lifestyle choices. So avoiding alcohol, drugs and stressful situations will help. The results also said that im good at dealing with stress and have an alcohol sensitivity. It said im better suited for a Mediterranean diet as I have carb and fat sensitivities. The only negative thing about this test is the Ancestry part, it got my ethnicity pretty wrong, it said I was Middle Eastern, even tho my DNA test from ANCESTRY.COM said im Southern European. So im torn on what to think about that. Circle DNA does not go into detail about which countries youre from specifically, whereas ANCESTRY.COM does, so i think they should improve on that aspect.
Good product and service!
Great experience with the customer service regarding to delivery and reshipping.
Detailed and insightful report with useful recommendations.
Poor Customer Service
I purchased two DNA testing kits for myself and my partner in Malaysia. On Saturday, 17th February, regrettably, upon attempting to activate my kit, I encountered a technical difficulty and was unable to proceed. Conversely, my partner's kit activated successfully, and we promptly sent it back as instructed. Despite immediately notifying Circle DNA of the activation issue via email on the same day, I received no response other than an automated acknowledgment.
In the following days, I made repeated attempts to reach Circle DNA through email and even resorted to international calls to their Hong Kong hotline. However, my efforts were in vain as I received no response to my emails and encountered continuous unavailability when attempting to call their hotline.
Distressingly, upon researching online, I discovered that numerous individuals have faced similar issues with Circle DNA, reporting poor customer service and a lack of responsiveness.
It is concerning that despite my proactive attempts to seek assistance, I have been met with silence and inaccessibility from Circle DNA. I am wondering what can actually help to connect me with the team to solve this issue?
The collection and transport mechanism…
The collection and transport mechanism is user friendly.
Report is quite detail and useful information and suggestions help me understand myself better.
Is it worth the money?
Ordered a test kit. It arrived quickly within 2 days, however, I forgot to note down my tracking number on the airway bill. I have emailed them, chatted on their website, facebook, and instagram. All that I received was just an automatic email. I tried calling from Australia and no one answered even after I made sure the number was correct.
At first, I thought it was a scam, but I finally got an email reply as it was Chinese New Year. They were pretty quick in analyzing the report about 10 days after the sample was registered.
However, I was a bit disappointed with the genetic counseling session. They were a bit rushed and didn’t explain quite clearly about my results. I was asking about some recommendations about my workout, however, it wasn’t explained well whether I should do more weight lifting or cardio.
The overall experience was that no one would answer your phone call if you order a genetic test from Hongkong if you are overseas. Then, everyday you would worry if your results were processed or got lost somewhere. Second, the genetic counseling wasn’t useful as the person was just reading whatever was already written on your report and couldn’t explain clearly what it meant. So, you ended up not being able to use all that information to change your lifestyle.
Worthy
Something that made Circle DNA worthy is the genetic counseling. It was great, she was detailed and thorough. She made sure I understood everything clearly. She even spared adequate amount of time to explain everything. The profile was more or less like a template but what made it complete was the counselling.
Excellent service from delivery of kit…
Excellent service from delivery of kit to receiving the report. Very informative reports that will allow me to make the right lifestyle choices and live life to the maximum.
The experience was great
The experience was great! Very simple and easy! The report comes with very interesting details more than what I expected! It is truly worth for the price!
RIP off
Bought a premium DNA kit for £444 as I’m interested in learning about long-term health risks, which was ultimately useless in the end.
The kit requires the app for registration and apparently comes with FedEx packaging included.
The problem was that I did not get the FedEx packaging, and it’s not possible to know as a buyer that there is packaging included for return to Circle unless you complete the activation process via the app first. It would help to know about the specific included posting method immediately in the order confirmation email so you know what to look out for in case anything is missing.
On realising the issue, I emailed Circle multiple times as I had used my test up but had no way to post it. I have still not had correspondence to offer assistance on either posting the test or receiving a new one, or even receiving a refund.
Fun way to know yourself more
I bought Circle DNA because I'm curious about myself and to my surprise most of the stuff reported back was very interesting and new information to me .Now I know what my body is lacking ,what should I focus on and so on. Although people think is a bit expensive to buy Circle DNA but I bought during festive time where I get discount and I think it very worth every single penny .The process itself is also very easy and within 18 days I get my report.
A lot of science based info

I got my results sooner than expected and I was very happy with what was in the report and the sheer number of things to explore. I was a little dissapointed because I wish there were even more reports
Detailed report with a great summary
