Worst experience ever! I did pay a bigger amount which was deducted from my card and it does NOT show on my account. When using the App/Rent a scooter 🛴 I am charged again each time. So do not ever try to pay more than one ride! Service sucks!

Circ.com charged me extra and that too without my authorization. I've sent an email raising my complain and then numerous reminders on the same, I still haven't received any response...Worst service ever..I feel I have been cheated..

Worst experience ever it was big mistake to download and use this app and their old bad scooters which didn’t work and didn’t accept to cancel the trip and I was forced to walk with this garbage scooter for 3 km

AVOID at all costs, rode one scooter in Abu dhabi it said first 15 mins free, they make you input your card details, they took numerous amounts from my card even though I finished within 15 mins and in total almost 50€

Defective scooters should be withdrawn. It is so unnerving to start with a scooter and fail after some meters because of low battery and not being able to end the ride properly.
I find that Circ is lately cutting back service ...

Always worked for me a and most fun scooter in town. No complaints!

Payed for rides i diddnt ride due to faulty scooters. Costumer service is not responding to my emails. I wont use the scooters again.

I have used this service multiple times and really like to go from A to B on the Circ scooters

This (and similar companies) breaks the law in Copenhagen in terms of where they place their scooters. Law abiding local tradesmen (bicycles and such) can only look on in disgust as these "companies" does not abide the law and cost the local stores lots of money.

I couldn't setup an account with my North American number (didn't want to incur roaming charges) and I desisted from continuing to setup the account with a relative's local number. I contacted Circ.com to remove my relative's number and my credit card information. A couple weeks later, after I had returned to Canada, there appeared three unauthorized charges amounting to almost €100. I began a dispute with my bank and with Circ.com, and Circ.com to this date has not reversed those charges. They claim "because I deleted my account they cannot find nor refund those charges." After I argued further on this, they changed their tune to "we can't prove they were fraudulent charges." I am still in a dispute process with my bank and Circ.com, more than a month after I initially requested that my account and credit card be deleted.

Couldn't start the scooter. Paid about 2 euro for 5 minutes of not riding. Very unsatisfied.

Deleting account not possible. Deleting used card not possible. The company clearly violates EU regulations.

Customer service doesn't work or respond.
