Just a terrible company that takes your time and nerves. Where they do not come, problems begin everywhere, I want to do something with myself. They really cause moral pain ... And the main problem is that where Cint comes to cooperate, there begins a total screening with polls. I was born in 2000, and earlier, when I came up to those polls on one questionnaire, now I do not fit! I will now indicate other data! Some surveys that Cint still have not absorbed there, for some reason I pass, but those that through Cint are one humiliation, from 10 polls and all humiliating 50 points that were given for each worthy from the survey! How to wipe them, I do not know. Got it already! They themselves are enriched on us, and on these pennies that they poke us (since 50 points = 1.25 American centers) still try to approach. And the company will not just delve into the situation, but write off that if the survey was incorrectly counted, then in a month they will count. And what to count if you stupidly and incorrectly eliminated at the beginning? Yes, and with the month they lie, they do not accrue anything later, all the processes for the completion of the remuneration are dispersed, as if they were not there. And if they accrue anything, then only 1.25 is the American center - there was an error with admission, it was not a reward for a day, but this 1.25 cent. But they can take away the reward 2 months after the survey, they like to make deductions!

Fatal sadness. We must stop them.Let the syntas explain to me how to erase these shameful gossips of 50 points? Or how can they return the lost polls? Bind duplicate accouns?
More money needs to be allocated to lengthier reviews. I have had to do a VERY lengthy Yango review TWICE and most of the questions were unnecessarily repetitive. It would be nice if you also add an option to send cash to mobile money/banks in Zambia and not just airtime.

My experience is very pleasant, it has very good customer service etc. Through channels such as chat on the panel, email and more. Your voice is heard by one of the agents on duty. In my personal opinion, it greatly improves the speed of delivery of payments, rewards and more than just clicking on the rewards, choosing whether you want to choose rewards of different amounts.

Cint used to try to offer users the "opportunity" to answer an extra survey for a few seconds and gave an option to refuse. They treated their request for free data as some sort of reward for special users.
I guess too many people refused. When using Qmee or FiveSurveys and routing through Cint, the option no longer exists. As a result, Cint forces users to answer their initial survey and then routes out to another router platform like Samplicious, etc.
Essentially, their stealing data, and I'm just so done with it. These aren't screeners either.

There's a Panel name TGM Panel, they payments are processed by Cint allegedly, but Cint parted ways with them,so when Cint were still with them I had completed some surveys which was conducted by or for Cint and Cint are the ones who compensated survey panelist for completing certain surveys according to them, now they put a notice that any withdrawals we want to process we should get in contact with Cint directly, here a screenshot of the note they notice board. I'm trying to make contact with them and Cint for the longest time with no avail,we being make fools here by automated responses (boys) how the hell can a bot help a person with certain issues that are supposed to be handled by humans. To the person who responding to people's reviews here, be constructive for once instead of the lame excuses , submit to the right panel could you please log our requests to the people who qualified to handle this matters coz even you are responding like a automated response like you a bot make yourself usefull,

I am beyond frustrated with Cint’s complete disregard for my payment issue on MetroOpinion. I have tried to get help with withdrawing my earnings, but they have utterly ignored my request. It’s outrageous that a company can keep people’s money and refuse to respond or provide any support. Do NOT trust Cint if you expect to get paid or have any customer service. Terrible experience!
