CinCin is pretending to help with visa and mastercard cards and services payments. But in fact they are just scamming people on the first deposits. Ignoring and not refunding money to users. Do not transfer your funds to them. You will never see them.
During card opening in tg bot no one will tell you that they have "whitelist" on their website with allowed services.
That didn't include online games donations.
Also they don't have refund for card itself. Only funds that were on card will be refunded.

These guys aren't bad, and it's usable, but I personally switched to Teleuno. They're also on Telegram, but their interface is more intuitive and support responds within 2 minutes. Here, you sometimes have to wait up to an hour. Overall, I have no complaints about the service. I give it a solid 4. But I still switched to @TeleunoAppBot, and so far I'm happy.
