Received my first ever car from Cinch this morning. Generally a very good experience with the delivery driver, Lucian. He was very knowledgeable about the car and took time to take me through details... See more

Good communication throughout, clear instructions of what you need to do before delivery.
Mohammed was super helpful when he delivered.

What we didn't like about the service was that firstly the car was driven all the way from Corby and not on a trailer bumping up my son's mileage and secondly when previously asking about car specs it says camera system and this was confirmed in an email stating yes for car parking and collision. Delivery driver advised doesn't have cameras and there was nothing on sat nav screen.

First time using Cinch and I was unsure, but app and browsing for a new car was extremely easy. First car got delivered and was in a poor condition (dealers fault not Cinch) Cinch customer service really helped me, and even though it was frustrating it got resolved.
I decided to purchase again and this time everything was absolutely perfect and I'm very happy with my car!!!
Everything including pricing was clear, delivery easy, and more guarantees than you get made me feel secure.
Thank you

The process was pretty straightforward and the people on the phone was very helpful. The delivery driver Brandon mentioned he just started in the role but he was so friendly and we talked for a while about the car and features and told me if there were any issues to contact the office, but honestly he really did make me feel I made the right decision as it can be a bit uneasy buying a car online. I be sure to use cinch in the future and I honestly hope my delivery driver is Brandon again.
Thank you team and a special thank you to Brandon, I love my new car.

Much better than dealing with a dealership no pressure buy whatever you want in the way of extras and the delivery man was very helpful and friendly

I bought a car in April, delivery was a week which I had no issue with. On day of delivery I got text to give me an ETA, which was outside of the delivery slot, but again, I was ok with that. 6 minutes before my delivery slot was due to end, 21 minutes before I was texted the car was going to be delivered, I received a phone call informing me that the windscreen was cracked and they were going to take care of it, during the conversation I am fairly certain there was no mention of a cancellation of delivery, and I assumed I would have to take it to a garage and Cinch would cover the replacement. It was only when the agent said he would call me back at a a later date to update me about my car did I ask if the car was even being delivered, to which the answer was no. Cut to the next delivery date after the windscreen had been repaired. I received no txt about updated ETA. I got a phone call to say the car had an EML light and a road recovery service was looking at it and I would be updated shortly, finally I saw my car pull in and I thought all was ok, very awkward conversation with delivery driver and I find out its another aborted delivery. Can't remember the amount of time that had passed but I had gotten home (25-30 min journey) and then received a phone call telling me they were aborting my delivery. Weeks go by, I get various updates about specialists etc and then the suggestions about choosing another car. If I could've chosen another car I would but nothing with the spec, milage came close. Eventually one comes on and it's now been a month since I bought the previous car but not received. So I switched, the were pros and cons to the switch but still not happy about not getting the one I initially wanted. Through out all of this, the car having issues wasn't a problem for me, Cinch were repairing and replacing what was needed. However, if I take a car in for repair myself, it does not take 2-3 weeks to find out just what the issue is, it just doesn't. So not sure what was going on there and I'm passes caring. What makes me 100% positive I won't be using this company ever again is the communication, it is so easy to do and something that they did so badly it honestly confused me, and secondly (2 parter) the name and I guess ethos of the company - Cinch, it definitely wasn't, and then I get an email after I got my new car, not the one I initially ordered, and I know it's a generic e-mail of sorts, and the email asked me, “did we cinch it?”. Are you kidding me? I read reviews ad spoke to various people and let me say, saying you dropped the ball on this one is an understatement. The ball was impailed and then steam rolled.

The ease of buying the car and exchanging was a good experience from start to finish. Ash who delivered our car kept us informed throughout the cars journey to our door and was so pleasant. Showed us around the car and made sure we were happy before he left. Can't ask for better customer service.

Lots of negative reviews but remember that people are always more likely to review negatively than positively.
I had a great experience but was nervous because of seeing reviews. It was dead simple to find a car. My advice is to carry out research on the type of car before hand and check the service history and MOT history (easily findable either on the website or the gov website) before hand.
Very easy checkout process, very easy to compare cars and very easy to purchase.
They deliver on Saturdays which was perfect for me. Delivery was actually early. Very clean car, condition was as advertised. Been driving for three weeks and absolutely no issues at all. Person who delivered it was great and informative. Part exchange was no problem at all.
Really happy with my experience and would definitely do it again. However, I can understand why some people are put off by the lack of human interaction.
I was also trading in a much older, high mileage, beaten up car so my expectation was just “it’s better than what I currently have”. If you’re trading in a newer car, it’s obviously more of a risk I guess?

The whole process was trouble free stressless and simple. As a techno phob I was amazed that it could be that easy to acquire a new car. From searching to pickup service was excellent.

Really disappointed with the lack of organisation and communication from Cinch.
My car was supposed to be delivered today though did not arrive. I phoned to chase up and was told that there were logistical issues/ it wasn’t communicated that the car was to be delivered today.
Even though I had been in touch 4 days prior and was told it was booked and also stated on my Cinch account delivery was to be today.
I have been told the next nearest date for delivery won’t be until 9 days away!
Diabolical!
My insurance has started today for my new car, I have also sorted road tax too. Also had to take a day off work expecting the car to be delivered.
I have asked if I can pick up the car in 3 days time from the store it is close to though this does not seem like an option.
Communication has been awful. Considering they are open on a Saturday it is near impossible trying to speak to someone.
Would NOT recommend Cinch. Will NOT be using them again in the future.
Please avoid the hassle and look elsewhere.
I just hope the motor has no problems when I get it!

Easy and a very convenient way to buy my car. And I was able to collect it.
Very happy with my purchase.

Terrible service ran by cowboys, my car was delayed near 3 weeks due to pure incompetence, damaged my car getting taken off a trailer and the staff couldn’t care less got zero help about it was left without a car for weeks, get my car 3 weeks after and low and behold the engine management light comes on same day as delivery, what ever you do DONT buy a car from these cow boys, I have been in the motor trade for the last 5 years never have I seen or heard of such terrible customer service, COWBOYS!!!!!!!

My car was delivered on 23rd May. Ryan, who brought the car, was bang on time, polite and very helpful. He explained all the cars features clearly and patiently answered all my questions.

Great overall service until the car was delivered. I booked delivery between 1pm and 6pm, i had a text in morning to say it would be delivered between 10am and 12noon! Upon delivery I notified the Cinch driver about 2 marks front passenger corner and drivers door and he said its a used car, but I insisted he took photos and reports it. I've since emailed Cinch about said marks and heard nothing. It states on website any bodywork scuffs, paint chips etc are rectified, but obviously not !

Very good service, helpful and friendly. He showed me around the car and answered all my questions. He also connected my phone to the car. Explained how to use the different features on the car. Let me know that should I change my mind I have 14 days to make contact with Cinch.
The delivery of the car was on time and I was made aware of the cars location during the process.
I would recommend using Cinch.

It's all just so easy. All done by email until the day you pick your car up. The guy who I met on the pick up day was fabulous. He explained everything in a understandable way and was very patient with me asking questions. 5 stars just for Ian Neal. So far so good with the car.
