I got clear answers to the questions I asked.

I wanted a thorough review of my policy’s as the premium has increased. I booked a call with my rep, Gordon Barr, who called me right on the appointed time. He was prepared for all the questions I had and gave clear answers.

avoid in US. its not accepted and no customer service whatsoever

we made insurance in good faith with US cover. it has nothing to do with Cigna US, its not accepted anywhere around us. now we tried cancelling after 2 months as our location changed and they demanding a full 1 year payments! and we received no claims payments!

the account manager hardly ever replied to our medical/cover queries, but now he replies immediately to object towards cancelling

be careful, this has nothing to do with cigna US and its a total fraud!

issue still ongoing. more details to follow

I tried to cancel my policy several…

I tried to cancel my policy several times and spent almost 2 hours with 3 different agents. The first told me that they had canceled it. I never received a cancelation email. I called again and talked to two other agents and they told me that they canceled it also. Today I got phone call from the agent I booked the policy with and he told me that the other agents couldn't cancel it. He tried to pressure me to keep the policy. I told him I canceled it and I am not playing anymore I spent way to much time trying to cancel it. I am done!

Policy Change to Cigna CLOSE CARE

Cigna Policy Change form: Cigna expects us to return ALL pages of the form. Page 1 is the cover page with pictures in full cover, Page 6 is a solid BLUE page. Either these pages should NOT be numbered or else should not be full (solid) color pages - from printing and scanning point of view

Expat health insurance

I recently took out expat health insurance to support my visa application for relocating to France. It’s actually the second time I’ve chosen Cigna, simply because the team in Glasgow has consistently delivered excellent service. Their support made the whole process smooth and stress‑free.

Great Service

As always, Gordon Barr’s follow-up as my Account Manager is exceptional — even when I forget to respond, he consistently checks in and is there when I need support. Thank you, Cigna, for the personal touch; Gordon truly makes a difference and adds tremendous value.

Very unprofessional company!

Very unprofessional company!

I have been insured through Cigna, but if you have any kind of problems or challenges, they are completely impossible to get in touch with. I have tried to contact 4–5 employees whom I was in contact with when I signed my contract with them. No one responds to my inquiries.

After a waiting time of more than 20 days, a random person from customer service finally gets back to me, someone who knows nothing about the case and is not allowed to do anything at all. It is impossible to get in contact with anyone who can actually help you and has the authority to do anything.

This is by far the most unprofessional company I have ever purchased anything from. I would strongly advise everyone against becoming a customer of Cigna.

Really fast and efficient to have details to sign before 1st January 2026 with Jean. It was more then perfect! Now that it is sign and paid, I do try to join Jean since 3 days , send 3 email and still no answers. Is it possible that money change peoples?

Very nice and quick help and support regarding my questions. Very professional and supportive, great explanation regarding my issues. called back on time and was aware of all the emails i sent before. Therefore i am very happy with my agent and can recommend him for sure!!
