Well everything happened as was stated on the Website. I've got the package faster then I expected, in 12 days. I had a small order of only one pack but that doesn't mean you can't work out lager quantities. Thank you for the tea bag and cookie which was also inside the package.

Received my first order and am super impressed. Purchase was simple and very affordable. Package arrived quickly with tracking provided. Personal response from seller at point of sale and after. One used to be able to purchase high quality smokes from domestic tobacconists; I thought those days were gone. CiggiesWorld fills this need professionally with superb service, product and delivery. Just Amazing. Paid easily through an online money order and they shipped three packs (low profile packaging) to the US (PA) within two weeks. Plus it was nice to have tracking info. Honestly I'm not even a serious smoker, just wanted to relive my college clove smoking days and they did not disappoint.

Very good supplier. Ordered some kretek for the Netherlands. All packages arrived in good order. IT took some time but IT was all fine. Good price and quality. Even payment was well arranged. Very sketchy at first, I had to use zelle bank to bank instant transfer. Emailed customer service after payment, they respond pretty quick, within 30 min, I felt better after that. Recieved my order in CA in 2 weeks. Usps will do the final delivery which can be tracked via usps as soon as you see acceptance on the tracking of the sending country.

Everything arrived as expected and within the quoted timeframe. Payment was unorthodox, but had no issues.

I placed an order with them a few months ago and forgot to review them.

First thing I noticed when placing the order was the sketchy payment method. I had to do a bank transfer directly in to someone's account. But it all worked out in the end. Received my order here in the UK within 2 weeks which baffled me.
I ordered djarum black, Marlboro and a couple pouches of tobacco.
Think the trick is to order small so customs don't pick it up.
They even threw in a free coffee sample pack.
Brilliant customer service also.

I've ordered a carton of Marlboro Reds on Nov 12th and received it on the 24th in Florida. Very pleased to have done business with this company, the ciggies taste great and i'll definitely order some more in the future!

Came to the UK within 9 days, good customer service and product

Ordered from them twice and received packages within 2 weeks to the UK. Legit company and good customer service. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because of the quality of some of the packs on both orders. This is not there fault but the manufacturers and because of the high humidity in Indonesia. On both occasions they have offered a free pack on the next order. Also the prices are cheap and I guess you can’t expect the same quality tobacco from western countries but they are fsc free. The Mevius Original were up to standard though.

I had spent 4 weeks in Bali a few years ago and I fell in love with Djarum cigarettes. I was quite displeased when Canada started cracking down on the tobacco industry and the prices become quite extreme. I found ciggies world after a quick google search. I went with m ut and ordered. Now I would have given 5/5 stars, but the shipping time was much longer than initially anticipated. It took nearly 90 days for the untracked method. I had 12 packs shipped. The packaging was nice and nothing was damaged. I did not pay any duties or taxes.
I will order again!

Ignore the negative reviews.... I bought 4 packs of ciggarets from this website and although there is only 1 in 7 chance of it getting caught, its worth the risk. In the UK the average pack of cigarettes varies around £9 but on this website you can get a pack for $3 which is INCREDIBLY CHEAP. The package came discreet and arrived within 9 days of order which is very impressive. 100% will be buying more. This website is very very legit!!!!!

I got my cigarettes yesterday and I couldn't be happier with my experience. They were fresh. In mint condition and full of flavor. I live in California u.s.a and I'm super happy that I could get these specific packs delivered to my door. 5 stars all the way and very helpful customer service through and through. I have placed numerous orders with ciggiesworld over time and I never had an issue. The reviewer who said 5 star reviews are fake, that is false because I'm a real person I think lol and I'm giving 5 stars. Seriously though this company is great and trustworthy, they offer customer service that in my opinion is better than what you get here in the us. I live in ohio by the way, my first order had to pay through western union which some say is sketchy but I did it, got my stuff no issues. The second and third order they finally accepted credit cards which is so much more convenient.i received all of my orders within about 2 months or 60 days, sometimes a little more time or a little less. They always have them heavily packed which is good because going for that length of time it could easily get damaged. I have had a couple packs a little dinged up but not too bad, their dedication to protecting the order is phenomenal. For those wondering about the shipping method I chose, I went with the cheapest one which I still think is very reasonable considering how far it has to travel. The quality of the products is great too, all the cigarettes I've ordered which in total is 101 packs between all orders. There was just one pack in my recent order that wasn't good but that's not on them, that's on the manufacturer. Any questions I had, I sent a email and within a day I got a response and they've always been helpful. I have ordered from other companies and stuff never came, ciggiesworld is a legit company and you will get your stuff at least for me its been every time.

Not very sure about this company. I have purchased 6 cartons and only 3 have arrived. First batch I order 2 arrived, and it has been over 7 weeks and am still waiting for the last one to arrive or to receive a letter from customs. It took 3 weeks to get here from Indonesia. The second batch only 1 arrived and it arrived quite quickly. 2 weeks after later I am still waiting for my two cartons. It becomes questionable how trust worthy they are when you can’t trace beyond - it has been picked up in Indonesia.

Seems they have some kind of fake system that looks valid from Indonesia mail and may not dispatch all the items. When you query them about an item they tend to lie and are very rude if you have selected untraceable, they won’t even go out of their way to confirm it left the country even though it only says picked up from sender. The shipping cost is a bit pricey for traceable but I think they give you the two options so they can rob you if you go the untraceable.

Placed my order 70 days ago, my order was shipped 59 days ago. I still have not received my order. I asked for a refund and they refused my request. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE MORONS!!!!
***update*** finally received my order 83 days later. A far cry from the 14-45 day estimate given when I placed my order. I will never order from ciggiesworld again..
