Use with caution...
At the event, with the actual roller in-person, things went well, but the lead-up to doing business with these guys is not great.
It's all booked through NYC and some guy named Dennis. The whole process feels like a bum-rush, you'll be fast-talked (and talked down to), and if you push back, even gently, hostility will result. Maybe they're used to Bridezillas and they come in defensive and infantilizing because of something in the past, but I hired them as part of my work, for a corporate event, and it was a nerve-wracking and frustrating mix.
The fella that showed up onsite was good. No issues there. But from the cheap and cluttered website and brand manifestation online, to the phone calls with Dennis, I'd encourage people to use caution with these guys. Google around, ask around. There are possibly other options in your area who'll treat you better when you're already juggling a lot of planning for an event.
