Bianci Roadbike SRAM Rival AXS eTap
Very good packed, but frame paint damage. Chain was stucked between frame and crankset and damaged paint there as well. It was not clear that derailleur has to be assambled. Wheels are not turning free and stopping after 5 rounds. Thats not normal for a Radbike and not useful for one. Bought components look like a complete bike, but in the end everything has to be assembled and adjusted. Next workshop visit creates more costs.

Regarding the components we supported you with videos to show you how to fix the components we can not completely assemble for lack of space in the box (and for the risk of the bike being damaged during transport if fully assembled). Found a great helmet at a great price, but the delivery was delayed.
I found the helmet that I was looking for at a great price and even with shipping to the U.S., I saved money.
The only negative comment I would make is that they didn't inform me about a factory shutdown at the manufacturer. This delayed the delivery by about a week (original expected delivery Aug 15-18 and it arrived on the 23rd). I was only advised of the shutdown when delivery date was approaching and the status was still showing as "in process". The factory shutdown didn't happen until 2 weeks after I placed the order and whether Ciclimattio knew in advance or not, I was only advised after I made an inquiry.
