My childhood dream bike was always a Colnago with Campy everything....the 'Eddy Merckx'.
'Stefano & Stefano' at Cicli Corsa worked with me to configure, assemble and deliver a C68 that was exactly that - and exactly to my preferences, from bar tape to tires and everything in between. And after an initial learning curve on the new Campy wireless group, I absolutely love it. Worth every penny. I cannot adequately describe how it feels to ride a Colnago C68 on a set of Bora Ultra 45s. How smooth it is. How quiet. How precise. How comfortable.

Sadly, I asked a simple question about fit to Andrea (the proclaimed expert of Colnago Y1RS). I gave him the exact measurements of my Pinarello Dogma 2022 along with unibar and stem length--and he could not respond without a 30% deposit on a frame. Is he ridiculous? If he knows the bike, he can tell me if I'm too stretched out to ride comfortably as a stem any shorter than 90 would be detrimental to a ride and steering radius. And as an alternative, I asked if the V5RS is a better fit for a rider of my height 64 cm.... and he asks for a deposit? Either this is the most sexist response or this shop does not know their Colnago's like to proclaim too!

To make this process fair and risk-free, the 30% deposit we request is always fully refundable should you not be satisfied with the fit on the bicycle in the end. This policy allows us to dedicate the necessary attention to each request and ensure our customers receive a precise, professional assessment.
We are confident in our team’s expertise, and our track record speaks for itself. Our sizing advice is never a casual opinion, but the result of a careful process that takes both resources and time.
We also wish to firmly reject any suggestion of sexism. Such an idea is completely contrary to our values, and it is truly saddening for us to see it mentioned.

While calling around to multiple retailers in the U.S., I was told that Colnago discontinued the outgoing V4RS in the color my wife wanted. It seemed no one wanted to ask Colnago, and just defaulted to you can't get that color or size if it isn't already in stock somewhere. I emailed CicliCorsa asking if there was anyway to get this exact bike, and someone they were able to put the order in to Colnago and have it done.
Stefano went above and beyond working with me on exact spec and details I wanted for the bike, and was responsive through the process.
Shipping was quick through DHL and we had the bike, one week after being shipped from Italy to Milwaukee, WI, USA. Great customer service and being able to seek out and get exactly the bike we wanted!!
