Everything arrived on time and in good condition. However, I’m a bit puzzled as to why the only available shipping option for small items like quick links is DHL Express, which ends up costing as much as the products themselves. It would be great to have a more affordable delivery option for small parcels.

You're absolutely right to raise this point.
In the past, we tested several more affordable shipping services, but unfortunately, we experienced a high rate of issues with handling small parts. These lightweight parcels are surprisingly easy to lose or misroute, and for now, DHL Express is the only partner that has consistently provided a trouble-free service.
We’re fully aware that the shipping cost can sometimes exceed the value of the items themselves, and we agree it’s not ideal. That’s why we’re constantly looking for a reliable alternative to offer more cost-effective options for small parcels — we hope to have good news on that front soon.

Successful Warranty Resolution
There are good dealers and there are great dealers. The real worth of the dealer is quickly realised when there is a warranty issue. For me, Cicli Corsa is the greatest online dealer one can hope to find. I had an issue with a reputable bike manufacturer, the frameset was delivered through Cicli Corsa in August 2023. The paint of the bike starting bubbling around the bottom bracket area. Andrea Mafioletti sucessfully liaised with the manufacturer and ensued that I got a new frameset quickly replaced under warranty. The frameset was efficiently shipped to me in India at no cost to me.
Take a bow Andrea Cimo, Andrea Mafioletti. You guys are fantastic and an asset to the cycling community. You have my gratitude.

My second Colnago purchase with Cicli Corsa. Great pricing and great communication. The process was smooth and I received the bike as ordered and very professionally assembled. The packaging was flawless to the point it took me close to 1 hour to take off all the foam and bubble wrap ! Very secure. I recommend highly.

According to our records, your order #81716 was successfully delivered on April 29th, a few days after purchase. DHL has provided a proof of delivery with a signature from someone named C. N.—possibly a neighbour or someone else at the address?
In the meantime, we’ve also sent you a separate email with the full name of the person who signed for the delivery, so you can verify it directly.
While we understand the frustration, we kindly note that this could have been resolved more quickly through our customer service, which is very responsive and always available at customerservice@ciclicorsa.com.
