The poorest customer service ever
Very poor service. Webshop faulted in order delivery (missing 22 pieces of products), and I immediately contacted customer service via the email address available on the webshop page. No one answered for days. And then, I wrote again through the contact form. And no one answered for a few more days. And after that, I went on chat - they’re offline. After that, I called the customer service phone, and the lady was unwilling to help, asking me to call back again next week. At one point in our conversation, she behaved unpolite and sarcastic. I am stunned by poor customer service, the poorest I have ever had with any. I don't know how this is possible; you pay for everything, the shop is delivering faulty and then no one cares.
