Our vacation was amazing thanks to Ciao Italy. Every day was something special, the tour guides were nothing less than perfect!! The hotels in Matera and Lecce were magnificent, food tastings were definitely a highlight of our vacation. Would highly recommend, not a single complaint!

Every tour guide was amazing. They were attentive, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. They were engaging and fun and involved everyone in the tour, noticing and catering to each persons interests. They were the best tour guides we could have asked for. We had Eduardo and Olympia for the Rome Golf Cart Tour and the Vatican, Andrea for the Florence walking tour, and Stefan for Venice

The entire team at Ciao has a wealth of knowledge and experience. I came to them with a rough draft of what I wanted. They took my ideas and created a fabulous trip for some very off-the-beaten path towns. They helped with hotels, city to city car services, sightseeing and even holiday dining arrangements. It turned into a flawless experience from planning to traveling. Not my first experience with Ciao and certainly not my last. A++

Our honeymoon to Italy was absolutely unforgettable! We visited Rome, Ischia, and Sorrento, and loved every single part of the trip. Each destination had its own perfect parts, from the incredible history and energy of Rome, to the relaxing beauty of Ischia, and the breathtaking views and romance of Sorrento.
Every detail was perfectly planned. All of the car services were flawless, always on time, professional, and comfortable. Our tour guides were knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate, which made exploring each place even more special.

seamless transfers and excellent guides made for vacation without stress

As a travel advisor, I have many options from which to choose for my clients' trips to Italy. I changed all of my Italy reservations to Ciao Italy as I trust them completely with my clients' bookings. They have gone above and beyond for me, and they have made me look like a rockstar to my clients.

From start to finish, everything went smoothly. Drivers were prompt, personable and excellent drivers. Guides were delightful and knowledgeable. Hotels were well chosen. Our stay in Bellagio was perfect in every way.
I cannot think of anything that could have been better other than to have made our stay longer.

Booked with Ciao Italy Tours hoping for a smooth trip, but the itinerary drifted, the guide seemed bored, and hotels weren’t as nice as photos suggested. Delightful intention, disappointing execution.

Except for our last pickup for the airport. Driver arrived 35 minutes late, no call, no apologies. We were just about to call cabs to get us to airport. We arrived with no time to stop at Vat tax booth and my daughters had spent over $3000.

Our trip was so well planned- every transfer was smoothed by a knowledgeable tour guide, our hotels were beautiful, and our trip was like a dream!

All transfers were very well assisted. All tours were excellent

All accommodations were excellent with a central location to all attractions and restaurants.
Drivers and escorts were all on time and waiting for us in spite of airline and train delays.
We gave a description of what we wanted to do on our vacation and everything was setup perfectly.

One of the biggest helps provided was the transition escorts that would meet you at the airport, hotel, or train station and navigate you to your destination. This reduced stress. Made us feel like royalty actually. The person that guided us from our hotel in Venice to the train station made sure we got on the correct water taxi (there were several waiting). She also gave us a helpful summary of how to find the proper platform for your incoming train and things to beware of in the public station. The other piece that stood out was just the correct amount of activities per day to allow for some downtime and for some ad hoc adventures as well.
