The dress i ordered was not what was expected and their RETURN POLICY is horrible. The customer service was even worse!

They will not except returns the item is poor quality and the fabric is not the flowing beautiful fabric shown it's all AI. This company is a scam out of china. I have emailed 12 times and they will not give me return instructions

So far I am extremely impressed and satisfied with the shopping experience. I am looking forward to receiving my product and am excited to see how it fits. Thank you.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I ordered a dress for a wedding. It arrived torn. There is a third party you have to go through to get a refund. I answered questions and sent pictures They sent me a return label, I mailed the dress back and they asked again for pictures. Told me their company goes through an inspection and it could not of been mailed damaged. I explained how I received it, and, again sent the original pictures. They rejected my return and will not give me a refund and they have my dress. I have been going back and forth with them for a month now. They told me my case was closed. HORRIBLE COMPANY!

This store doesn’t deserve even half a star, the customer service is absolutely unacceptable.
At no point during the purchase process did they disclose that the items were not actually in stock. Instead, they misleadingly claim the products are “custom made to order” only after the order is placed. That’s not transparency — that’s false advertising.

I placed my order on 26 February, and as of 21 March, the items are still marked as “awaiting shipment.” That’s nearly a month with no progress. On top of that, their customer service team assured me on the morning of 18 March that the order would be shipped that same day. It’s now been several days since then, and despite repeated follow-ups, I have received no tracking number and no meaningful response.
No legitimate online retailer with proper infrastructure takes over three weeks to prepare and ship just two standard items — unless they were never actually available to begin with. This raises serious concerns about how this business operates.

There is also no clear mention anywhere on their website or policies that items are made-to-order or subject to extended production times. This lack of transparency is misleading and unacceptable.

Overall, this has been a frustrating and disappointing experience. Poor communication, long delays, and questionable business practices make this store highly unreliable.
I strongly recommend avoiding this website and purchasing from a reputable retailer instead.

DO NOT BUY A DRESS FROM CHYRBABY!! I ordered the dress according to my measurements, however the rib area is snug! I also had a cancer cell removed on my back leading to a scar that shows and the sleeve that hangs down is sloppy!!! I wanted to return dress, sent pictures and they are not offering me a refund! Unless you have tried a dress on from this website, I wouldn’t order from them !!!! Terrible Customer Service

ZERO STARS. Absolutely horrible customer service and business practices. You will NEVER receive a full refund for a regular priced garment. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! No matter how they respond to my review: I have the emails!

Selections were not categorized well ie: materials/styles could have been kept together.

This company is an absolute SCAM. Their “14 day hassle free returns” is non existent.
The dress was not made of satin, it did not have a “silk fishtail”, was made of rigid/stiff CHEAP material and did not fit. And it had an odor.
I’ve already repackaged the return and will not be taking measurements (their request) as that is ridiculous for a “hassle free return” policy.
They refuse to provide a return label, emails are in broken English and grammatically incorrect.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!!

The website as easy to use and the dresses are gorgeous. Sadly I made a wrong purchase and there isn’t an easy way to cancel the purchase within a short window.

I ordered 2 dresses from Chyrbaby on 1/28/26. I was shopping for a wedding and like many other normal people, I ordered a few other dresses from other companies with the plan of keeping the best one. I received both dresses on 2/11/26 (have proof of delivery). It took me a couple of days to take the time to try them on as I wanted to try several on at a time and was waiting for other deliveries. The Chyrbaby dresses did not look good, one smelled like chemicals and both just did nothing for me. I immediately put them back in the bag, all tags intact and followed the return directions. It was clearly stated in the "Return" section of my receipt that all returns should be initiated within 14 days. I was well within the 14 days (Feb 18th). They emailed me back 2/21 and they asked for photos of the dresses. I was away at the time without access to the dresses but immediately sent the photos as soon as I got home on 2/24. Dresses were wrinked but I received them wrinkled out of the platic bag. I received another email stating that they cannot accept returns due to the nature of their business of people treating this as a dress rental platform. They offered me a lifetime 12% discount on all future dresses. Why would I buy other dresses that I can't return? I sent them a copy of their return instructions. They replied back by offering me a whole 10% refund on my dresses. This is not acceptable and will be contacting my credit card company. Terrible business platform. Terrible customer service.

I had a terrible experience with this company and I strongly advise others to be cautious.They market their dresses as “handmade” and “custom made,” which creates the expectation of quality, what I received did not reflect that at all. The fabric was cheap, the construction looked mass produced, and it felt nothing like a carefully made custom garment and the smell!!
When I tried to return the items, I discovered they do not truly accept returns. Instead, they hide behind a “handmade” policy to avoid taking responsibility. They offered a small 20 percent refund if I kept the dresses, or an exchange where I would still have to pay shipping. They also expect customers to cover extremely high international shipping and customs fees if attempting to send anything back TO SHANGHAI!! I thought I ordered it from a US store. That is not a reasonable or fair return process.
This business model feels misleading.
I ended up reporting the company and changing my card for safety. That is how uncomfortable this experience made me feel.
Transparency and customer service matter, and this company failed on both.

They won’t refund

I have two dresses that I ordered and despite many many emails they will not take my refund request. The dresses have arrived and do not look like the ones advertised as the models show. The quality of the material and the actual fit and design is very poor. I wanted to return them as it is over £200 but they won’t accept them. I did the request the same day they got delivered.

The the quality of the dresses I ordered appear more homemade not Designer quality when I tried to return the dresses which it says easy 14 day return I have gotten nothing but run around they will not supply a return label. I have now six emails to them and still no return label. You need to stay away from this unscrupulous business.

I have no issue with the quality and indeed, one of the dresses I purchased will be my wedding dress. My issue is with their misleading and blatantly false documentation on their website that states the conditions for return/refund ‘for any issue’ within listed conditions.

The second dress met all condition and, as it turns out the color on me was horrible. They are now stating that ‘personal preference’ is not an acceptable reason for return.

This is NOWHERE disclosed on the website and I will be reporting to both my bank and regulators that this is a clear trade violation.

They also falsely report their TrustPilot rating on their website.

Will NEVER return
