Waited over 2 weeks for a dress supposed to be coming from America when in fact it came from China, which looked nothing like the image advertised, the design was completely different, sleeves different, skirt length short not long at the back, colour dirty cream not white, orange washed out flowers not bright red leaves and flowers completely different fabric, neck line nothing like original. The company reviewed my images and denied any difference!!! they want to give back 8% of the product value for their scam cheap knock off product!!! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

Terrible experience with this company, ordered two dresses which when eventually arrived are of very poor quality. As for returning them, currently at two weeks of email correspondence trying to get a return address so that I can make my own decision on whether to return and “risk” the costs involved in order to get a refund.
Update - finally after many emails managed to get a return address to send back the order at my expense. However, parcel is now stuck in Chinese customs because Chyrbaby will not communicate with parcel carrier or answer the phone - this being the number I was provided with, parcel has been stuck for almost two weeks now.
I have started a claim with PayPal.
Avoid buying anything from this company as they are a complete sham!

I ordered a dress from Chyrbaby (Order CHYUOG82191, shipped to Romania), and my experience has been extremely disappointing.

The delivery took over a month, and when the dress finally arrived, it looked nothing like the photos on the website. The quality was very poor and completely different from what was advertised.

I contacted customer service immediately to return the dress. Instead of providing the return address, they have been delaying their response for several days. Their own return policy requires the item to be returned within a limited time, yet they are preventing me from doing so by refusing to provide the necessary return information.

This feels like an unfair business practice. I have all the email correspondence documenting these delays.

I would strongly advise anyone considering buying from Chyrbaby to think twice. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

I ordered two dresses. They were both cheap and ill fitting. I have been trying to return for weeks. Sent photos and received no response. On your website, it clearly says US based business, in Washington, however your only response was I have to pay for international shipping. I am very unhappy. I feel scammed.

I ordered two dresses and had a terrible experience from start to finish. First of all, they completely ignored the custom measurements I provided. The dresses do not match the measurements I sent, and they look nothing like the photos advertised on the website.

The quality is extremely poor. The dresses are badly sewn, the finishing is awful, and the craftsmanship is far below what was promised. They weren’t even packaged properly—both dresses arrived stuffed into a cheap plastic bag with “China” printed on it. There was no garment bag, no care taken with the packaging, and no sign of quality control.

What has made this experience even worse is their customer service. For over a week, I have been asking for return options, but they take ages to reply to emails. When they finally respond, their replies are shocking, unhelpful, and completely unprofessional.

Another disappointing fact is that they present themselves as a US-based company, but the items are actually shipped from China.

Please don’t waste your money on this website. The photos are misleading, the quality is terrible, the sizing is completely inaccurate, and the customer service is one of the worst I have ever experienced. I deeply regret purchasing from them and would never recommend this company to anyone.

They ship the lowest possible quality which doesn’t look like the ad, and you can never return the product.
You should pay $100 for shipment and they don’t accept sending you prepaid return label.
Easily purchase from a us or Canadian brand and make your life much easier

Never buy from this site! The quality is very bad, They will not give you the opportunity to return, You will not get your money back! It is unbelievable how such online stores exist! There is no one to defend our rights against them! Do not buy!!!

The dress is well made, but fit poorly. although the promotional site promised easy returns, they are anything but. Presume the dress comes from China, customer responsible for international shipping and customs fees. After many communications back and forth, they were only willing to refund 12% of purchase price!

This was one of the worst online ordering experiences I have ever had. Item arrived and was very cheap quality and too small. I was told that shipping to return the item would cost $60-$120 and would take an extremely long time. I was encouraged to accept a store coupon and keep the dress. I was under the impression that the coupon would be for the amount I paid for the initial dress but they sent me a 15% off coupon! I am now out $140 and have a dress that can go in the garbage. What a waste of money

Absolutely recommend this website, will definitely being purchasing some more items - already have one in my basket :)

Never expect a thing.
Literally a heart aching experience. Worse than "Buy cheap, buy twice" because these dresses does cost some prices.

I mean, they are charging the doubled prices to the quality of their products in this case. I bought 2 dresses, but both of them were far from what they showed on the shopping site, wronged designs.

At least, I got loads of clothes so that I could use them to make something out of them if I ever wish to do so, but still them, it costed far more than what I should actually pay for.

What is that country doing...

I Bought a dress to renew our wedding vows as I have terminal cancer. I followed the instructions to the letter for sizes and even got a dress maker to measure me. When the dress arrived I was totally shocked it looked like it had been screwed up in a ball it was so creased. The hem was uneven and too short, the lace effect had not been sewn so it showed a raw edge. It was unbelievable. After emails back and forth, they offered me 7% off another dress, seriously! shocking, luckily I paid through PayPal and they are dealing with my issues. Please dont buy from this company the customer service is horrible and they do not refund its all lies. Scammers cheap from china not usa as advertised

Delivery late, after endless emails with strange excuses and the dress arrived had no similarity to the one sold on their site. Terrible buy. I threw it straight to the garbage.

I had a very Good Experience. I had a Problem with My Order and They were Prompt in Rectifying my Problem. They were so Helpful and Supportive even if in the End it was Actually my Fault as I had a Mix Up with the Item.
The Dress I had Problems was Not from Their Company at All.
They Gave Me The Right and Correct Dress I Ordered.

Very disappointing experience. The dress I received looked significantly different from the photos on the website. The shape, color, and quality did not meet my expectations for a €100 purchase.

Customer service kept sending me template-like responses, and I spent over two weeks emailing multiple representatives who offered different solutions each time. Returning the dress would have cost almost as much as the item itself because of international shipping, and the highest cash refund I was offered was only 18%.

WARNING! Do not buy from these scammers, their products are a mess of rags sent in a plastic bag, not worth even a secondhand dress. They do not accept returns and report them everywhere they can. What you see on the site has nothing to do with reality!

I usually never leave reviews, and if I do, they are never bad. This is probably the only 1-star review I have ever given. And I even gave a heads-up before this, hoping for some turnaround so that I didn't have to do this.

Return service is horrible. There is basically no return and refund option. They basically say for returns international shipping is like $90-$150 USD (which is more than some of their dresses) and it is the customer's responsibility, so they make you keep the dress. The worst part is EVEN IF THE DRESS ZIPPERS HAVE ISSUES AND IS NON-FUNCTIONAL! What am I supposed to do with non-functional dresses...

I have been back and forth with them for weeks now and am honestly tired of it. I think I am just going to donate the dresses that don't fit and throw away the non-functional ones.

Very unpleasant experence. The order was shipped with delay, their service wasn,t able to advise on shipment delivery timing. Finaly the dresses arrived so poorly made, they do not suit to wear any occasion. The material differs from the fine showed in their pictures. Return process very problematic, as they do not provide return address. Do not recomend to buy from them.

I'm not happy, the dress wasn't like the picture and it arrived late and now I want to return it because it doesn't look nice and they don't want to send me the return address, I don't recommend ordering from them.

I love my dress, it was custom made , the fitting was perfect, quality was worth the price, I got endless compliments from loved ones.Delivery took longer than with other companies I’m used to but I wasn’t in a hurry , many people have been asking me for the name of the website. Thank you so much for doing a great job, I looked fabulous at my friend’s wedding 🤗
