Book trip from bangalore airport to OOTY

Recently i booked a trip to OOTY from Bangalore International Airport with CHUKHU TRAVELS,INDIA. The driver is not experienced in driving the hill stations and is not familiar with OOTY and its ROAD CONDITIONS. At one stage he was unable to drive the Hill slope . So i hired a local driver and paid him 2000 rupees to complete the hillslope trip from Masunangudi to Ooty.Why they are assigning the taxi driver who has no experience in driving Hill Stations? Who will pay for my extra 2000 Rupees?

Our company is Chu Travels and Tours Limited, a Nigerian travel, visa, immigration, and tour services company operating from Nigeria. We are not “CHUKU TRAVELS,” and we do not operate taxi or airport transfer services in India, including trips from Bangalore Airport to Ooty.
