Terrible service/DO NOT USE!!!
We ordered 5 baptismal robes back on Mar 10 of 2016. We placed our order and received our robes Mar 24. Problem was we ordered 5 different sizes and never received one of the sizes and receive two of another. I called Churchgoers that day and explained that we never received the one size. I was told we should be receiving the new robe within a week.
It's now Jul 19. I have placed at least ten calls, many of which were never answered, a couple of voicemails, which were never returned, spoken with 3 different sales people, and had an email correspondence with another. From a very terse email, I finally received a response and was asked if I wanted to wait for them to restock or get a refund. I emailed, since this was the only way they would communicate, and said I wanted the robe. A month later still no robe and still no ability to contact them as they aren't answering their phone. Very poor customer service so use at your own risk!
