I recently received cupcakes from Chummy’s and they were honestly the best cupcakes I have ever eaten! Light, fluffy and delicious! I have usually always ordered brownies from Chummy's, which are also amazing and one of my favourites, but the cupcakes are a must! Quick delivery and service as always! I would 100% recommend!

I ordered a box of mixed brownies as a gift for my sister. I opted to check out using Shop. I didn’t see an obvious place to enter a different delivery address and only when the confirmation arrived did I realise they were being delivered to me, not my sister. The confirmation quoted an email for any questions and I immediately sent one with the order no and WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS in the subject box, hoping it would be quickly picked up. I eventually found a phone number to follow up the next day but nobody answered. I have never received any response to my email, nothing except automated order status emails, and sure enough, the brownies arrived at my house, just over 100 miles from where they should have been. It cost me another £14 to post them for next day delivery but for various reasons, my sister eventually got them 5 days late. This could have been avoided by somebody checking emails first thing. There is no excuse for the lack of response and after ordering from you several times in the past, I won’t be doing so in future.

I have an email confirming the wrong delivery address this afternoon following my order last night. I had put correct delivery address to Lancaster on order form and my billing address in Oxfordshire. Now I’m apparently I’m not only paying for brownies but receiving them too. In the last ten minutes DPD have received them and they’re on their way!!! There is no phone number to speak to a member of staff and my two frantic emails have not been replied to!!
Disastrous ordering chaos …… won’t be using the company again !!!

This morning I have received an email from the company. They are going to redirect the parcel to the correct address and the delivery company have already confirmed that half an hour ago. I am delighted the staff at Chummies have responded as quickly as they could. I have been reassured that all will be well.

I live overseas and bought a box for my bro’s birthday. I was so disappointed by the presentation. The individual plastic packaging was a complete surprise, and the goodies themselves were just chucked haphazardly into the box. Not like in the pics at all and I’m honestly a bit gutted about it.

Needed something special to send our son who works away, his birthday is shortly after Xmas. We ordered and they were deliver on time 😍. Our son loved them 🤤

I bought brownies as a gift which my friend enjoyed very much, my only issue was that the delivery was a day late even though I ordered well in advance, this maybe the fault of the courier,not the supplier. Apparently there were problems with the weather which caused the delay, I had taken the precaution of allowing an extra day so it didn’t cause disappointment to recipient, I would definitely order for future occasions 🙂

UPDATE: Lou and team were super helpful once we got in contact! They were super understanding of my situation and helped resolve. My partner loves these brownies so much I have to make sure she gets them on her birthday! Will continue to buy every year and support this amazing team.

My order of brownies never arrived and I never received a message back from support.

Great product let down by dreadful DPD delivery.
I paid for delivery to my son’s flat on a day he could be at home all day. Driver didn’t even attempt delivery but dropped the package off at a local Co- Op store! When my son went to retrieve it he was refused as he didn’t have a QR code. Went back later and luckily a different employee did let him have his parcel.
What should have been a birthday treat ended up being a hassle.

Excellent! ordered multiple times and never been let down. The cakes and brownies are absolutely delicious! Would recommend
