SCAM! They sent me the wrong size shoes also. They've wanted to sell me a discounted 2nd pair (of the correct size) but won't refund/replace/exchange the first pair.
They offered me 30% the 2nd pair, but that has me paying 170% of the price for only ONE pair of shoes that would fit.
Ordered a pair of Chuck All Stars Platform leather shoes from this site in December 2021. After seeing the bank charge for somewhere in China, I immediatly called my bank, had them cancel my card and do a fraud protection claim on the charge for the shoes. I got my refund from my bank after they couldnt contact the company, but I also ended up receiving a box of shoes from the company about a month later. I did receive a pair of shoes, but they were complete fakes. Every little detail was different than the real pair of shoes I ended up ordering from GOAT. DO NOT BUY HERE - FAKE SHOES and SCAMMERS
Total scams ordered some shoes from them. They contacted me to tell me they were not in stock. I just asked for a refund. I have been waiting since July 2021. I have had many correspondence with someone named Abigail and still nothing.
This site is totally fake and scam look at the prices for some of these shoes. Probably and Asian website selling their fakes don’t even check it out
SCAM!!! I ordered my shoes February 2nd, and am still waiting on April 2nd. I’ve emailed several times first they responded and said they were out of stock when I ordered, but they’re “shipping out soon”. They provided me with a tracking number that hasn’t changed status at all. I just sent an email today requesting a refund. I’m not optimistic about getting my money back, DO NOT BUY!!!!!!
I purchased 2 pairs of trainers, only 1 arrived and it was wrong size. When tried calling number a message stated it has been disconnected.
They did not provide a copy of bill until after the complaint, but I had taken a picture when I processed purchase which proved I had bought correct size.

Total scam! Don't order! I bought shoes from this website before 2 days and today they sent me an email that these shoes are out of stock and if I want to buy similar ones, so I asked for refund and cancelation of the order and they didn't answer.
