Excellent Product
An excellent product that I used on a regular basis, and have recently started using again as I found d that my psoriasis was flaring up on a more regular basis. Sure enough after taking Goats Milk Kafir it is once again under control.

I have been buying kefir from CG for the last 5 years and I think it is an excellent product. I also buy the prebiotic and collagen and have tried the lotions and soaps which are also great products.
Customer service is by far the best I have experienced with any company - prompt, friendly, professional and helpful.
The microbiome test is extremely informative and the nutritional support post test results is excellent.

Whilst the flavour is punchy to say the least, I think this is a fantastically healthy and beautifully made kefir that's doing me loads of good. My husband loves the taste, so it's really individual. But we both agree it's well worth sticking with it.

Absolutely amazing results
After trying many many potions , lotions , herbal remedies .. for my psoriasis flare up I bought a sample bottle of kefir and a kefir lotion . I saw a difference in days .. I just wished I’d tried earlier as the guttate psoriasis had covered my lower legs and arms for around 3 months .
The taste is absolutely awful in my opinion, but after trying the semi and regular version i ‘prefer’ the regular. I now have blueberries and strawberries ready to take straight after and that really helps !
I’m currently using the break out kefir lotion .. I’ve also tried the calm down and the soothing . They’re all as good as each other . I use a lot to leave a white layer over my skin , but it does rub in easily too .
Also bought the Complete Prebiotic. . I’m going to keep a healthy gut and hopefully will stop any more flare ups

Thanks for getting in touch.
We would love to be able to welcome our neighbours onsite to collect their orders. We do offer free tours for WI and Young Farmer groups whenever they request them, donate heavily to Tir Dewi, work closely with Mentera/Farming Connect and are very proud of our connections to the local community.
Unfortunately however, local collection simply is not practical. In terms of administration, all of our orders need to be funnelled through a single packing and shipping process, as we handle hundreds of orders every day.
In order to handle local orders separately, we would have to administratively flag and sift out the (extremely small) number of orders that are local, fulfill them separately, and designate an employee onsite to distribute them, informing the customer about collection details and checking that the right order was being collected by the right person. This process would require a prohibitive amount of admin and effort, compared to the tiny gain it would provide. And the majority of our local customers are quite happy to have their products delivered to their door.
I'm saddened by your review, as we work really hard for our eco credentials. We pay over the odds to work with DPD, who provide carbon neutral delivery, all of our packaging is as eco-responsible as we can make it, we have planted thousands of trees on our site and use solar panels to feed power back into the grid.
We really are doing our best. I'm sorry that's not enough.

Best products and service on the market
I am buying products from Chuckling goat since 2019 and I was satisfied with all the products, either it was the soaps,the lotions, the essential oils or the kefir, every product is very good quality and works very good in treating your skin. I really recommend their product. The live chat with the people from Chuckling goat it was always straightforward and quick. Love what the entire team is doing, keep up the good work.

Chuckling Goat cured my IBS
Drinking Chuckling Goat daily has cured my IBS. I used have around 7-13 days of agony & severe bloating each month, since I started Chuckling Goat I haven’t even had 1 flare up. I am only on 4 tablespoons per day (first thing in the morning) due to the sensitivity of my stomach but wow what a life changer! My only request would be that they do an offer on a 2 bottle pack rather than the recommended 4 pack for people like myself who are sensitive & on a lower dose as I keep buying the tester bottle which lasts me about a month.
I love the taste - similar to feta and the customer service is also very good.

Excellent Goat Kefir
Excellent Goat Kefir. I've been using it in recent weeks and plan to continue as I find it agrees with my digestion. I drink it in the morning or add it to a little spelt/rice cereal with apple sauce as a snack. Delicious.
