Solid Customer Service
Items shipped quickly! There was a slight mix up with my order and I got a duplicate of one item instead of the second item I ordered, customer service was on point and quickly processed a replacement - experience was good so I ordered another item, as separate order! Received a cheap knock off, doesn't look anywhere like the product they advertised!
Chubbycable sent a canned response offering 'help', but if they instead looked into CHU#246805888 they'd know their customer service team was utterly useless even after sending them images of the product received.
Made a claim and PayPal agreed and refunded for our purchase.

Good responsive customer service. I ordered a phone case that didn't work for me and they offered a free replacement with a similar product. They also allowed me to keep the product when I couldn't find a suitable replacement.

While the case is perfectly designed the second i put it on my phone drops to emergency calls.
