I was a customer with Chrysalis for many years now. I love their friendly service and their no fuss result-oriented treatment. The therapist has been doing my facial for as long as I am with the brand. The staff turnover is low and are knowledgeable as well as skillful. The brand is always having new technology and new treatments to add on to my current treatments. They keep up to date with the industry and trend. This is what I love most as I will never have to pay for an outdated machine treatment. Of course at times, it is difficult to get last minute appointment on weekends. To look at the brand positively, they have been around since 2001 telling them they are stable financially and responsibly. I can sign packages with them with a peace of mind.
