Perfect Platform but customer service to improve

My purchase was cancelled without prior…
My purchase was cancelled without prior notice and only six hours after the seller had accepted the price. Thanks to the flexibility of the seller we re-started the process and were able to complete the purchase. Customer service reacted but late - and only suggested to re-start the process.

Overall a good service but to use with discerning approach
Very useful platform. Not clear about the Certified offer though that only applies to worn products vs never worn older products kept in a safe.
Always hard to be certain of authenticity of products in my experience.

No delivery, no money back -UPDATE
Bought a Seiko watch on the 4th of December, still nothing on the 22 of January.
No follow-up or help from their service.
They told me that they can't find my package no more.
I can't cancel my order, they don't have any solution but to wait until God knows how long until their shipping process is completed.
I thought I'd trust an online shop, well it seems I was wrong to do so.
