Returns process and timeline to refund was painful, I actually ordered the wrong colour and wanted a simple exchange but had to send back , wait weeks for a refund , re-order, I even offered to drive to the warehouse to exchange (I live 20 mibd away)

I purchased 2 peacock light up bird…
I purchased 2 peacock light up bird baths and a peacock butler table to which I am over the moon. The quality of glass is thick and not paper thin like other garden furniture. The baths has suckers for an even more sturdy hold. The glass detailing is just perfect with each colour being vibrant. Super pleased.

Mid range product
I chose this company for our narrow garden shed because of it's positive reviews.
The roof of the shed is very good quality, however, the wood for the shed and door is quite flimsy.
My husband also had to saw off excess bits of wood so that it would properly align for construction.
It does look lovely though as the shots on the website show.

quick delivery nice colour - Taupe
It arrived quickly and colour as expected, took one star off, as there were no instructions about tilting the parasol & getting it back into upright position, yes pushing the button in to tilt was easy but getting it back not so, I had to take it out in the tilted position to do it! The size I have is 240 had it been a bigger size I don't think I could have done that, so not sure I will be tilting it in the future, which is what I paid extra for!
