Having wasted a year with another company (limeted activities..and poor communications.) I contacted Marslie (who I'd met at a tradeshow and was impressed with...) to discuss selling our pub.
she came to site and again we liked how she listened and then gave us her knowledgeable advice on what Christies could do better to help us ( as we all knew a challenging market..)
Within a short time we felt much more confident in our positioning to sell... A few months later a sale was secured... We can only thank marslie and the team in helping us through the whole process and would be confident in recommending her to others.

Jassi was my agent for a few years and had very good knowledge of the sector and was a strong support to help me find the best buyer.

In 2016 the pub came on the market. It was in a sorry state and feared it would follow the other 2 pubs in the village and be "redevelopped". I helped organise an ACV order which likely did the trick - my offer was accepted. "Under new management" I regret to say the tenant did far from well and resigned in 2024. Put it on the market with Christie and Co and we now have the dream ticket. Many delays till signed off and trading, largely due to legal factors. Both legal teams take a holiday and "leave stops play". In contrast When Jonty was away he always ensured someone was left and up to speed to step in.Through many painful and frustrating months he was always there to support us and chivvy the legals. Value for money? Certainly earned the fee. Very pleased we chose Christie and Co. Doing a google search of differant firms got the impression they were in the right place with the then potfolio to handle the business. And we were't wrong.

Totally useless ignorant I am calling them from last 3 months. No response. Left somany messages totally ignorant. Not of staff all of them useless. Neverever use them.waste of time

Patrick and Alex were our contacts at Christies for the purchase of our pub. Viewing was never an issue for them and we had a few, and they massaged the sale through for us. Kept us well informed and no messing about!

Jon and Tom are both extremely professional and helped with all stages of the sales and purchases of our pharmacies. These guys are definitely the best pharmacy brokers in the north of England

After trying other agents with no success Graham had a positive outlook that he could sell our property.
