The color is exactly as pictured. It is really what I wanted.

This is the most joyous, hopeful picture that I have had the pleasure of experiencing in a long time. The love that Jesus has for each of us is exemplified by his willingness to leave the 99 to find the 1.

This is my 3nd order as a gift and I/we have been very pleased in the quality and fast delivery of our order. I will be ordering again! Plus I'm passing on to friends and family! Love it!

After many emails back and forth with them requesting:
<<"To better assist you, could you please remove the plastic wrap and provide additional clear images of the item in natural light? Specifically, we need:
The front and back of the canvas.
Barcodes on the back of the canvas.
Shipping label.
Packaging label."

I provided what came in the box. The box was already thrown away. I didn't see the point in taking pics in "natural light" as I was not hanging this outdoors, but indoors.
Yet, after I had gone through the trouble of taking pics in the cold weather when I went to send them, I saw an email that they offered to refund me or send another canvas to replace the one misrepresented. I didn't want to take a chance on getting another just like the one I didn't like, so I opted for a refund.

Although the return process seemed arduous, (I was sick during this time) eventually a refund was issued. Therefore, I'm holding up my end of the bargain to update this review.

Again, I want to state that the other item I ordered from them was beautiful and I'm delighted with it. I will enjoy it for many years. I would still order from them in the future because they "owned it" when it wasn't right and offered a resolution. That's all anyone can ask for.

I ordered 2 items. One was very beautiful and the other one was misrepresented. The misrepresented item was intended for a housewarming gift but it is so dirty and dark there is no way I would give it as a gift. They say on their website that it takes a max of 5 days to process your order and another 7 days max for it to arrive. I checked on my order 5 days later to be told they were "experiencing a slight delay." I requested they cancel my order and was told "it was too late" even though it had not shipped. It took 18 days to get my order and too late for Christmas even though we celebrated as a family after Christmas Day. I tried sending a message through their website but it would not go through because of the dysfunctional "click a snowflake that is broken" and getting stuck in a loop where your answer is always "incorrect." If they refund my money, I will edit this review. I have also contacted them by email and provided pictures of the item. I also took a screenshot of the item on their website with what they sent me propped next to the monitor so they could see their misrepresentation by comparison.

We bought two iPhone cases. Loved the artwork but the cases should not be considered MagSafe. Tested on multiple charging stations and metal ring stands and found the magnetic too weak for charging or holding the ring stands.

Support was very responsive and the folks very nice but the NO returns policy is for a product defect is why the one star. For people NOT needing MagSafe, this product if fine. If you do need to charge on a station or use with a ring stand you've been warned.

I would give it zero if I could. Do not buy from them. Low quality products at high prices and NO returns or discounts for items misrepresented. Very poor quality especially on larger sized prints. Image is distorted and grainy.

After multiple emails from the company requesting more photos of the poor quality of our order only to be told they saw no quality issues, and mentioning that we would not be purchasing anymore products from them so we would not be using the % discount that they kept offering, they finally refunded our money.

Love I had been looking at this picture for about a year now! Repainted the walls and finally added the picture! perfect

The picture is so true to life. The colors are vivid and the detail of the print is amazing!! I am so thankful I bought this as a gift, but now I want to give it to more friends and pick one out for myself. Thank you for such an affordable amazing gift.

It would be zero stars. This company is a scam selling low quality products for premium prices. Do not buy from them. No returns! Don’t buy from them!
