Chrisson Ertos20

I bought a Chrisson Ertos20 1 years ago on Amazon, to this day after only a year there is no replacement battery. I wrote 2 e-mails months ago and I have not received a reply, the battery is nowhere to be found either on the site or on Amazon or Ebay, it no longer exists. practically my bike is unusable, the battery has lost its capacity and I cannot replace it. one of the worst companies I have ever bought from in my life, no seriousness and phantom assistance.
