CKI staff. It's a big win and plus.
Talking to a staff member is a big win in my book. It is usually straight forward.
The lady also noted my other car was soon due for renewal and sent details out and arrived the next day. I like that, it shows the company is on the case, organised and ready. I like that, it gives me confidence in the company....unlike Water, energy companies who... Do not seem to be in charge of anything. So well done CKI.
