Chows Emporium started in 1994 selling second hands goods and costumes from various theatres companies at LARP events in England. After numerous requests, we started to design and make our own range of costumes. All our costumes are made in house by a family run business. Some of our very talented friends have become famous in the TV and film industry by producing armour props and costumes and we are very lucky to have worked with them on several of our designs, which are then tested "in the field" (often literally!) by LARPers so we can incorporate suggestions into future designs, continually striving to make our costumes the best in the marketplace. We aim to provide our customers with a top-quality costume at a reasonable price. Hopefully, with your support, we can achieve our aims.

I was very impressed with the quality of the outfit I purchased from Chow. It looks amazing in person and is very well made and sturdy. I'm 6ft 1 and quite slim so I normally struggle to find clothes that fit me but the sizing was perfect for me. The shipping was very fast (faster than I was expecting) and received my order with no issues. A very happy Larper and will definitely buy from Chows Emporium again !
Chow is amazing.
New kit needed and Chow was very helpful with regards sizes etc. I have bought a complete kit and it arrived early, price was great, and most of all it fitted. "I let chow choose the size" As to the materials they are above exceptional and all new.
They shipped different cheap clothes than the one I ordered knowing full well that I will have a hard time returning it to them. Probably their way of getting rid of old inventory.
Buyer beware. Online reviews are mostly likely fake to pump the score.

Although we have only been using Trust pilot since pandemic.
We have been trading since 1994, are known for high quality goods and reasonable prices as we are the manufacture and retailer.
Our costumes are One size only.
Material, Colour, Sizes and measurements are clearly rewritten in the description of each garment in centimetres or inches.
We use professional photographer. Website’s Photos are as true to the items as possible.
Different people might have different opinions in terms of colours, what they would call khaki, brown, green etc.
We’ve never have any problem in terms of issue a refund, as long as the products is returned to us in its original re-sellable condition within 14 days of purchasing and have always been flexible.

The outfit I bought was much heavier and well made than I anticipated. Normally, I don't expect things to appear or feel how they look in online pictures, but these were absolutely incredible. They were out of stock with some of the accessories I bought, but were quick to contact me about replacements or a refund, in which I chose replacements that worked out great. Not to mention, they shipped quickly and my package arrived within a week overseas. Very pleasant experience.
