Having been a long time returning customer and purchased many of there hoodies perfect for the Gym, I had a small issue with one order out of about 15., the customer service team went above and beyond to remedy the situation and left me more than happy with the outcome, especially sabbina who did a excellent job.

I spoke with KC at Chosen Few as I was unhappy at having to pay both delivery and return costs.

KC was very understanding and offered me several options one of which was to return the shipping costs.

Been a faithful Chosen Few customer for a few years now. I'd honestly recommend the brand to anyone and everyone. And I do. Perfect gym attire. Chosen few makes you feel part of a following which sounds nuts because I train alone, always have and more than likely always will. It gives me the drive. I feel proud to wear it. I have hoodies and tees that I wear out of the gym too. Like chosen few takes up so so much space in my wardrobes my partner keeps telling me I've got too much. But I never will have too much. As long as they keep delivering I will keep being a loyal customer. I would also like to say that they listen to feedback from their customers and they're always striving to be better. If you haven't any in your wardrobe.... Now is the time to get some. The best - hands down. need some more high neck black tees they were so so good.

Fantastic quality and absolutely love the items purchased so far. Customer service is also efficient, polite and fast when emailed about a parcel I couldn’t locate (my bad ordering to other address but was found) but great customer service overall and looking forward to my next purchase :)

Worst customer service I have ever had the misfortune to be privy to.
I ordered a Christmas present for my son well before Christmas, it never arrived and I received zero communication from this company. After chasing my order on no less than three occasions I finally get an e mail telling me my order will be with me in another 10 days. I clearly should have just accepted this with no complaint because the minute I complained Chosen Few cancelled my order! No refund just a cancellation. I all my years, I’ve never known a company cancel an order rather than deal with a complaint. I’m in shock.
This company really needs sone lessons in customer service. I’d steer well clear from any company that treats customers so badly when things go wrong.
