I’m a newbie

I’m a newbie so I don’t quite understand all the ins and outs yet or the fees and charges. I haven’t even opened my store yet or used the service at all but the customer service people seem very nice and great at explaining things. I will update the review if I find otherwise.

We like it but..... hidden costs and difficulties

We are happy with this system for farmers market use and our farm store, but there were some costs that came forward that we were not aware of at the signing up process. We need to be able to charge per pound of produce, but we cannot with the $10 plan so we have to push banana button 10 times to have a $5 sale because it is set up with a .50 increments. We'd have to pay for the more expensive software package to be able to enter the amount of pounds per an item that's $2/pound. And if we found out we need to run the system on airplane mode so we do not get charged for wireless use. Wireless Manager USD 15.00 per month (1 Active SIM subscription) we will need to cancel so we are not auto billed since it automatically on the hardware.

Thanks for your feedback. It is free to connect to wifi, your phone, or another wireless card for internet access. However, if you want to use the built in 4g wireless access there is a $15 monthly fee, this can be turned on or off on an as needed basis. If you need additional assistance please reach out to your dedicated account manager.

Just opened my new business and this has been so user friendly and if I have any questions, I can get a call within minutes! And my issues are resolved in a matter of minutes!
