Ask and you shall receive

After detecting a problem while using Chordify, "the landscape mode, which had worked perfectly a few days priori, stopped working. A gray screan apparead with the " Chordify app incorrectly installed, update in the play store, but no update was available.
So I sent a message to Chordify explaining the problem.
Two or three days later, I received a response and the solution, " an update in the play store, which fixed the issue.
Thanks, guys!

It's great for quick and dirty, but the fact you can't buy one song and you have to subscribe yearly is a deal killer.

I took a star off because you just can't buy one song, you have to subscribe for a yearly subscription for just one song, that's ridiculous. Klangio It does much more for you, and you only have to pay four bucks and have a piece of sheet music, MIDI file, and all the chords listed in the PDF. Per measure.
That said, Chordify, if you want to scan a song real quick and decide whether you'd like to have it auto-transcribed or something like that with K-L-A-N-G-I-O, it's great and you don't have to pay for it. Now if you want to slow it down, you have to have a subscription. You can't, like I said, pay for just one song to be able to slow down. You can do all that with the big K.

Thanks for your feedback - you can actually view the chords to a few songs for free on Chordify, but downloading the MIDI file, chord chart etc. requires a Premium subscription. For an average of $4.50 a month with a yearly sub though you would get all the features, so we do offer good value. Please contact support@chordify.net if you have any questions!

I have used Chordify for years without any issues whatsoever however recently I had a problem with accessing the songs using Safari. The support from the company was great and I was able to connect normally within a short period of time. Great app and first class response and support.

One to one support

I wasn’t particularly satisfied with the first automated reply, which explained the issue as being due to the unilateral removal of the videos on YouTube, but once the communication became personalized, the support was appropriate and effective.

Hire new people!!

This is the 2nd time I've had problems with my account and I'm getting really tired of no one there giving a damn. I am a premium member, yet for 3 days now it has only showed me as a free member and both of my song lists are gone. I've contacted them twice now and the only thing that has responded is the stupid bot. When it works like it's supposed to it's great. When something goes wrong with an account no one there has any idea how to fix it. How about you find new people or train the ones you have how to do their damn jobs??

I have been with Chordify for a few…

I have been with Chordify for a few years. At first it was learning to play my Yamaha keyboard, then I started to play acoustic guitar. Learning chords is basic but applying them into a song it's another. With Chordify it makes everything a breeze. The system tells you when to change chords, but what help me the most is the program really help me keep the rhythm. And what really help is that you can loop on a section that you need to work on and slowing down to help you. I recommend this program to whoever want to learn to play piano, guitar or Ukulele, or even those who want to write songs like I am doing right now. Chordify is my main tools.

Best Friends

Chordify is a jammer's best friend. Can't say enough good about it. Not always perfect, but an amazingly helpful technology. It will help you live out your rock 'n roll fantasy to your heart's content.

Both website and customer service are excellent.

My refund request was processed smoothly and quickly.
In general, this website is so practical for those who like to jam with their favorite songs. It's also very helpful that it can provide the chords for niche live performance recordings on YouTube.

I have used Google Chrome as suggested and that has been very successful. I am disappointed in the fact that Safari does not allow me to use Chordify as I have done in the past.
Very grateful for the prompt and solution given assistance. I look forward to a long association with Chordify.

Kind regards,
