Your meat is fantastic. The bacon was way too thick. It will be great to sauté for casseroles and anything that calls for bacon like beef bourguignon, but not a breakfast meat. Flavor is great.

PERFECT!

PERFECT!
The prime rib arrived in a timely manner and was perfect! It tasted great and my Christmas dinner guests gave it rave reviews as well. Afterward, I chopped up the leftover meat and made a dozen "out-of-this-world" individual-sized shepherd's pies, which I froze for later consumption. Thus, did I get an entire month's worth of enjoyment from this product!

Tough meat

The prime rib was all grissel and tough. I cooked to temp 118. We were unable to eat very disappointed wouldnt buy again

Outstanding company

Highly recommend, the quality is 10/10 and the customer service department is also top notch helping me every year to customize my box and the delivery date.

Big Difference!

Just compared ground beef from another company and yours. What a difference! Yours was red…..other company was pale pink. I couldn’t believe my eyes.
I made the right choice staying with Chop Box!
