Very pleased with the assistance I received while applying for the mortgage

Everyone I dealt with was so caring and helpful.

We used RocketMortgage, our representative Bill Handam, made our experience easy, comfortable and economically the BEST! After receiving high rates from a local broker we hoped to work with, I reluctantly searched the Internet to find better rates. Every search showed lower rates, so I had to inquire! I bit my lower lip and called RocketMortgage's 800 number. Yikes! After filling out basic information, a robo call connected me with RocketMortgage representative Bill Handam (trust me - I thought about hanging up!)
Immediately I shared with Bill H. my reluctance to continue the call, how uncomfortable I was submitting personal and financial information with someone I didn't know, but also how upset I was with my local broker relationship. I shared how "dismissed" my husband and I felt, and that by now we had to work fast, as we had finally found a home and needed a good rate.
Immediately Bill H. explained what he thought he could do, got down to work and earned my trust. He shared enough about himself that I visually knew him and felt he HEARD me. Bill H. ran our information and offered us rates my husband and I were enthusiastic about. I ran these rates past my local broker and he indicated "they" were charging us more in the end and we were not going to get a better rate. That we were being fooled!
Rather than running from RocketMortgage, I approached Bill H. about the negative claims. I wanted to know if he lied to me or if the quote and financing WERE REAL. He reviewed each line and explained rebates and how RocketMortgage worked. He told us the rate was guaranteed. AND HE DELIVERED! Our closing, the rate, the rebates -- ALL WENT AS OFFERED AND PROMISED!
WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE! Bill Handam and his team at RocketMortgage are great people. Bill Handam is amazing! I expect a trip to Detroit will include a visit to their office and another chance to thank him personally for a wonderful experience!

Everyone was great ! Patient , helpful ,friendly , very knowledgeable, fast to accomplish all tasks , best customer service Ive had since the good old days ! I am computer illiterate badically and they were very accommodating and again Patient !
