I never knew how to meditate properly, and this device really hits the mark. I truly overestimated the power of meditation. Sometimes when I'm annoyed at work or stressed, I take 10 minutes to listen to my breath with the Muse Anthena, and there's a huge difference between how I enter and exit meditation. This review is completely free; no one is paying me to write it, but I'm taking the time because if everyone made an effort to meditate a little, we wouldn't have many of the problems we see in society. I suffer from ADHD, and the medication sometimes makes me a bit agitated, but this device helps me calm down.

I really like the underlying technology and was also very pleased with the support I got in trying to address the question I had posed. One thing I find with the Muse S Athena is that the over ear sensors are quite sensitive, and almost always require adjustment or wetting of the skin. The Muse S Gen 2 headband is far less sensitive in this respect. The software/app has improved significantly, and I’m still discovering all of its capabilities. All in all, I’m very happy with my purchase; it has improved my meditation practice, and gives me a good handle on trying to quantitatively and qualitatively assess my meditation.

This product is not even close to what they market. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

No support what so ever.
No telephone number and nobody to help.
And i have MS it is very important for me, spent all together 400 pound! And cant get anything out of it beyond measuring the waves of my brain .

Delivery went well, but the return process is taking too long. It’s been two weeks, and I even had to provide a screenshot showing it was delivered a week ago.

The Muse 2 has really helped me stay consistent with my meditation and understand when my mind is calm or distracted. It makes the whole experience feel more structured and easier to stick with, especially when my thoughts start to drift. Overall, it’s been a great tool for improving my focus and reducing stress.

I like the biofeedback and that is the reason I got it. But, for example I cannot figure it out yet how to use to find my own personal coherent breathing.
For sleeping, it is difficult to use with a AirPods throughout the night... I have tried hard and do not see really the impact of the "digital pills"

This device and premium service was bought as a gift. It was confusing, and continues to be, with the change in email address to the recipient. We're still not sure whether he has premium accessl

The product and communication as to shipping was excellent.

It’s hard to tell what is going well and not going well, based on the sounds occurring in a Muse session. I’ve been using it for years and rarely see any improvement in my session metrics. I continue to use it because I like a meditation tool. However, I don’t think the average person can decipher their results.

Very professional. Received the device really fast despite living in France. I initially ordered Muse S Athena to analyze my brain. But then I discovered their app and their neurofeedback sessions. And they are absolutely amazing, very relaxing and special. A whole different level than meditation without neurofeedback. I haven’t tried the sleep features yet but going to try soon.

Ordered on 3/31. FAQ says 1-2 business days to ship...8 business days later and i've heard nothing and have yet to get a response from my customer support inquiry.

The Muse Athena S device and headband is comfortable for sleeping. The Muse iPhone app is awesome and so informative. The Athena and the Muse onboarding lessons are especially helpful. I like the meditation feature with auditory feedback to help steer me into a calm, Alpha brainwave state, without having to look at my phone screen.
I'm using the Muse system six nights per week with encouraging results. The sleep session history is very informative, with colorful stratification between REM, Light and Deep sleep stages.
Kudos to the design team for focusing on proven brain science!

Amazing. I would like to have yhe option of opning my sleep performance in separate window . So i can see the detail of every performance. Not only thr entire thing in one place

They were responsive to my request to change my shipping address after I realized the wrong one had been used, and they were able, to do a last-minute switch and inform me about it.

Support was very helpful, understanding and was able to resolve my issue with failing replacement band in a fair way.
