Can't seem to be able to contact them!
I am trying to send them notification of a false positive on the website I look after... There various contact emails/links appear to be dead! I want to say to them:
I am writing to report a false positive classification of the following domain:
Domain: plabooks.org
URL: www . plabooks . org
This is the website of the Private Libraries Association, a long-established and entirely legitimate literary organisation based in the United Kingdom. It does not host malware, phishing content, or any malicious material.
Several security vendors have already reviewed and cleared the site. SecLookup whitelisted it this morning within 30 minutes of our report; three further vendors have also reclassified it as clean following our submission.
I would be grateful if you could review your classification and update it accordingly. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you require any further information.
We might already alerted you about this, but do so again for the issue is causing some disruption to PLA members.

We added your website URL to our allowlist last week. However, it appears that the “Reanalyze” button on VirusTotal was not clicked by you, which may be why the updated status was not reflected and why it seemed like we had not responded to your request.
