Didn’t receive my order. Wasn’t contacted by them and eventually I tracked down the owner who said he’ll send part of my order out, which hasn’t happened. Be VERY careful buying from them.

The service and chocolates are good but the delivery charges are extortionate so wouldn't use them again.

The product sent was different to what…
The product sent was different to what was advertised on the website.
Nobody contacted me to say the item would be different, if they had I would not have gone ahead with the order.
The item was a gift and I paid £15.00 for delivery to make sure I received the correct product in time.
I have raised a complaint on this by emailing info @ chocokingdom.co.uk and nobody has even had the courtesy to respond to this despite having now sent 3 emails.
Avoid this company at all costs to avoid disappointment.

Terrible service
Terrible service! Paid extra for 'Next Day Delivery ' and received the product over a week later. There is no contact number! Sent several emails to the only contact information provided, explaining when I was traveling, and the urgency for speedy delivery. There was only an email on the site, under the 'Contact Us' section and received NO response. Still have not received a response to my emails.
Sarah left the country on the 1st of August, the only email I received was one requesting feedback on the service! Neither Sarah, nor I know whom the product was delivered to, if at all!
Requesting a full refund, for all the extra charges, missing package and lack of efficient service with your company. Truly disappointed by all of this.

I paid for next day delivery before 2pm…
I paid for next day delivery before 2pm last Thursday and didn't receive my delivery until the Tuesday after. This is not good and I am having trouble getting in touch with the company to make a complaint and hopefully get a refund.
