Unfortunately, the products were not what I expected. They didn't seem to have the level of craftsmanship or artistic presentation shown on the website, and they looked quite different from the advertised photos. I understand they are not going to look exactly the same but hoped to recieve a form of chocolate "art"

I also found it confusing that there was no information included to identify the flavours, so I wasn't always sure what I was receiving. The Salted Caramel bar had a strong smoky flavour that overpowered the caramel.

On a positive note, I felt I received a good quantity of items for the price, so the value for money was reasonable.

What I ordered and what I received were two completely different things. Wish I could post photos to show just how underwhelming the chocolates are, but to help paint a picture - what I ordered was Christian Dior chocolate and what I received was Temu chocolate. On top of that it was damaged and a lot less chocolates than what I paid for. After emailing multiple times I'm yet to receive a reply, any comments I leave on Facebook or Insta are immediately deleted.
I'm not one to leave reviews unless something is amazing - but this feels like a low level scam. These aren't cheap chocolates!! So hopefully this review will save someone wasting their money - if you want great chocolate delivered for cheaper then I highly recommend Kako chocolates, especially the monthly chocolate box.

First of all there is NO information on the packaging at all, so you have no idea when the expired date or ingredients or flavours!

This seems unsafe for consumption especially for people with allergies.

The photos at the chocolates received were DIFFERENT we did not get the cool graphic box of 11 CHOCOLATES, as described in listing instead were sent 10 which had no description of which was what flavour, and were not the designs in the picture!!! Not even remotely the same, very disappointed in the chocolate designs.

At $40 a box I expect better. The flavours them self were relatively nice, but I’m not impressed, I’ve been watching this guys stuff for a few years waiting for the chance to try. Safe to say won’t be ordering here again. Lowkey scammer.
