Undelivered shipment and further delay in shipping of 12 days
I ordered sunglasses on 24 th May and mail received shipment delivered on 27 th may but no shipment received till date but Chloe mailed shipment delivered on 27 th may .
Umpteen mails to Chloé but no response.
Kindly refund my money .
On 3 rd June mail from Chloé that they have shipped the sunglasses on 3 rd June , why no information was given to the client for 12 days since the order was placed and I was extremely concerned about the delivery,why should the customer be forced to buy Chloé sunglasses after 12 days .
The order needs to be cancelled at your end (Chloé) and refund the amount immediately.
Chloe sandals slit my feet
Chloe sandals slit both my feet within 30 minutes of wearing them! My feet are in so much pain from wearing other shoes, I can’t work out, I can’t get any water on the slits without being in pain and bandages are keeping them raw! I was super excited for this shoes as a graduation gift. I’m so upset - my feet look so bad and will be scarred for life!

I bought a pair of chole shoes . Wore them for 5 months . ( under 30 times ) very hard leather . not comfy ! The stitches looked very solid . But it’s fake . Just glue

WARNING for all those who order to Switzerland and Norway: I ordered and returned a pair of boots. Only the boots (CHF 465) were refunded, but not what they call the "local taxes" in the amount of CHF 100.- that Chloe made me pay directly. This is more than 20% of the product price and I never heard of such high custom fees (or whatever they charged me). I e-mailed Chloe several times but did not get an answer. I eventually called them and was referred to their terms and conditions. No refund of the CHF 100.-. In the end, the whole experience cost me a lot of trouble and I lost CHF 130 in total (with the delivery fee) for absolutely nothing. Is this normal? I ordered from abroad on other occasions from other suppliers, but this never happened to me. Very disappointing, won't buy Chloe products anymore.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Purchased a Small Tess Day Bag in may ‘22. Three months later a screw that held the handle hardware to the bag came lose and fell out. Contacted customer service in AUG ‘22, complete poop show of an operation, my issue was miscommunicated up the chain. When I finally got them straightened out was told it’d take 5-7 weeks for a new screw to be delivered, fast forward 5 months and three check ins later I’m told the part is no longer manufactured and they recommended I take the bag back to the shop I purchased it from to see if they have extra parts. Um, isn’t that their job to call the store? Also, I’m not flying half way across the country, SMH. Can’t believe this is the customer service from a luxury brand, absolutely infuriating. If I could sell my bag I would and be done with them, but I can’t because of the missing hardware! Poor craftsmanship, infuriating customer service, poorly managed brand.

Beware of this company
Beware of this company, even if you are ordering direct from the website you will receive a cheap knockoff of the item. Mine came with poor craftsmanship. They are unwilling to offer any compensation, exchange, or remedy other than return. Sure, I’ll do that although it looks like other reviewers are chasing refunds months later. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place altogether. They only QC show pieces.

Absolutely not a luxury brand. Would have had better service and consumer considerations from any other shop.
My husband went into the Bond Street store in person a day before my birthday, bought a bag for my birthday, which sadly was too small for my needs. Within 24hrs I returned to the store, to ask for a refund & was told I was not entitled to one. Not only that, but I was also told by the store manager that all the luxury brands in Bonds street have a policy that all purchases can only be compensated with a credit note !!!! Absolutely incorrect, on the same day I bought an LV bag , in person at the LV store…with a receipt providing me with the option to exchange, return or refund within 30 Days of purchase.
In a nutshell, I was duped into accepting a credit note by the Bond Street store.

Very disappointed. Bought something that I thought was a unique Christmas gifts. Not only do they not work, they are spinners, but I am having a hard time trying to figure out how to return them just to run around. After doing all directed by their service dept, no return labels yet emailed as of yet.

Customer relations are appalling, faulty shoes, took 4.5 months to get a part refund ( still not the full amount!) they refused to replace shoes.

I wish I had read the reviews of the company before reordering a faulty bag . The original bag( less than 12 months old frayed ) I was told to send the bag back and reorder and I would be refunded. Needless to say I have not received a refund nor any further contact from customer service . It is appalling and has cost me £1000 !!
Poor quality bag
Received a Chloe bag as a gift in January’22 and have used the bag on 4 occasions. The front cover of the bag have 2 major leather crease marks/ lines just from opening the bag as the small bag as an extremely strong magnetic closure attached to it.
Called and email Chloe but they will not have a look at the bag or repair it even though still under warranty (less than 7 months at the point of contact) as it was bought from Liberty.
Extremely disappointing as I was a loyal Chloe fan as they do have nice & classic pieces.
Shockingly bad - avoid
Shockingly bad. Ordered a handbag upwards of £1000 which was “marked as delivered” by UPS having been left OUTSIDE my house on my doorstep on a main road. No permission was given for the parcel to be left. Now Chloé are ignoring me altogether despite telling me I am due a refund. Contacted customer service six times over nearly two months. American Express were absolutely no help being the parcel was marked as delivered. Robbed.

Really disappointing customer service, not what you would expect from a luxury fashion house. Really poor customer service and communication. Very disappointing when products are so expensive and a shame as the brand has some lovely pieces. I am currently battling for a refund on a returned item. I wouldn’t purchase from here again, or possibly go through another supplier
Appalling
Chloe's customer service leaves much to be desired. I've emailed them twice on two different occasions and they have never got back to me even though their automatic response states that they aim to respond within 24 hours. They are also very rude when you speak to them via online chat. I would recommend that you spend your money elsewhere. This is a real shame as do like their products & designs.
Bag broke, can’t connect to customer service
Called the customer service line 3 times so far and got nowhere after waiting 18+ minutes total. First call hung up after a few rings. Second call transferred to what sounded like a fax machine. Third time, line cut/hung up? after 10 minutes. So far, customer service is nonexistent. From the reviews I see here, seems this brand is going downhill fast. Such a shame. Cute designs but couldn’t back it up with decent customer service.
At this price point, I don’t think shoppers have time or patience for this kind of runaround.

Called US customer service to inquire about their policy and to see if I could get help with an experience in Canada. Figured I could relay that information to the boutique in Canada who changed their price after I made a purchase. I wanted to let the boutique know I could have purchased an item online and they would have honoured the price I purchased the item for . The agent was speaking over me, she became agitated with me, because she couldn’t process what I was saying. She ended up making me very upset, I ended up cutting the phone.
Refuse to warranty hangbag
I contacted Chloe customer service about repairing a Chloe C mini bag that I bought in September 2021. The bag developed crease after 2 uses. I purchased the bag from Vitkac.com in Warsaw Poland which has a Chloe boutique inside. Chloe asked me to email them photos of the item following items: a photo of the whole bag to assess it's over all condition, a copy of your sales receipt (if it was a gift, they instruct you to ask the person who gifted to you for the receipt), the hologram tag, the embossed numbers inside the bag, country stamp, the tags attached to the bag, and finally to write those numbers out in your email to them before they will assess the repair.
I recently, received word from Sara at Chloe that my bag was purchased from an unauthorized dealer therefore it was not under warranty.
I INFORMED SARA THAT IF SHE USED THE STORE LOCATOR ON THE CHLOE WEBSITE TO SEARCH FOR CHLOE BOUTIQUES IN WARSAW, IT WOULD APPEAR. PROVING, VITKAC.COM WAS IN FACT AN AUTHORIZED DEALER SO MY BAG WOULD BE UNDER WARRNTY. ALL IT WOULD HAVE TAKEN IS A SIMPLE CLICK OF A BUTTON, BUT APPARENTLY THAT WAS TOO MUCH WORK.
I TOLD HER THAT WHAT SHE SAID DID NOT MAKE SENSE BECAUSE THEY WERE AN AUTHORIZED DEALER WHO INTENDED TO SEND THE BAG TO CHLOE FOR A REPAIR ASSESSMENT.
I ENDED MY EMAIL BY ASKING HER, TO HAVE MY INFO FORWARDED TO A SUPERVISOR.
SARA DID NOT LISTEN. SHE ANSWERED MY EMAIL.
AGAIN SHE STATED THAT THE BAG WAS NOT UNDER WARRANTY, BUT I SHOULD SEND IT TO VITAKC AND HAVE THEM SORT THE ISSUE OUT WITH CHLOE.
DOES THAT MAKE ANY SENSE?
I JUMMPED THROUGH HOOPS TO SEND THEM THE INFORMATION THEY WANTED. I HAVE SPENT THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS ON CHLOE BAG IN THE PAST AND THIS IS THE WAY THEY TREAT LOYAL CUSTOMER. BEWARE!!!!

Absolutely shocking
Absolutely shocking. Bought the woody sandals last summer & wore a handful of times. Have brought them out this summer and worn twice and the strapping has broken. Have been told that I’m out of a 6 month warranty and will need to pay for a repair. Shocking service and shocking quality.
