EDIT: After filing a dispute with PayPal they suddenly got back to me very quickly! Evidently there's a delay with one of the items, and someone was supposed to get back to me but didn't. Some more transparent communication would've been nice. Tentatively updating my review from 1 to 3 stars, will add a 4th once I actually have everything I ordered.

Ordered four bottles of liquor on Jun 18. They advertise same day shipping, but today (Jun 27), nothing has been shipped. Two emails and six phone calls have remained completely unanswered. How can it be that at no time during their store's opening hours there's anyone to answer the phone? At this point I can only assume they are either lying about their stock or never intended to fulfill online orders anyway. Stay away.

Ordered a bottle of Burbon for my daughter and son in laws 2nd wedding anniversary 9 days before her actual date. Received confirmation of my order as well as an expected delivery date which was her anniversary. On the date the item was to be delivered I received a message that the item could not be shipped as it was OOS. Unfortunately, after 9 days there was no time to order from another distributer. They said they refunded the purchase, but I have not yet received the refund. Sad they didn't communicate their lack of stock so I could get it elsewhere and I hope I do get my refund.......
