AVOID! If you want to withdraw any vault dividends, you need to KYC. If they win big, they wil force KYC on you and still wont let you withdraw. They say theyre regulated but they allow people from restricted countries such as the US. Im sure they allow minors to play there as well.

there was a dividend distribution and they suddenly changed it... now you need to have a sertain level to get the dividend.... ill bet when you reach that level they raise it again... feels very scammy....

I will not say anything negative about the casino, the withdrawals, or the games because they have been good to me, and I've never had issues with those aspects. However, the chat is unfortunately filled with people who beg, either passively or directly. I recognized one such individual and called him out, reporting him multiple times with screenshot evidence of his repeated begging behavior.

I am writing this for a reason; despite my reports, this individual was never muted or suspended, which, honestly, made my experience uncomfortable. Regardless, I confronted him long ago, got insulted, and moved on. It wasn't a big deal to me at the time.

About three weeks ago was this person's birthday. He disgustingly used it as an opportunity to beg for money, mentioning his birthday probably 50 times that day. Since then, I've decided to greet him with "happy birthday" every time I see him as a form of commentary on his behavior. Yesterday, nothing had changed; I greeted him with "happy birthday" as usual, which led to me being muted for six months because I made his experience uncomfortable.

It's mind-blowing to me that I've been trying to get this guy muted for so long, yet I'm the one who gets muted. To add to the frustration, they initially refused to tell me why I was being muted, which left me confused until I pieced together what had happened.

Chips is a place where you can make good friends, and I believe I've become someone you can have a conversation with and enjoy there. Regardless, I won't appeal this mute; I just wish they took better care of their chat.

I was specific with the support before depositing. I wanted kyc to be done and I wanted to know the amounts I am able to withdraw. They told me that there wasn't a clear amount but that players have withdrawn 10-20k at a time without problems.

Okay, so I deposit. I win and at this current moment I have about 5.3k dollars in the account. I asked, because it felt like I was being restricted to how much I could bet at a time, if my account was being limited. Their answer was "I will look into it and come back to you".

Okay so I wait. And now when I check the account for a response I get a message saying that my account has been restricted and I am not able to withdraw any money. This has me incredibly upset to the point of not knowing wtf to do. I ask them what the they mean by this, and all they answer is to contact their email for support, because now apparently the chat support is not sufficient anymore.

I go into their telegram channel and ask wtf they are doing, and obviously upset trying to get an answer. They block and kick me from the channel.

I have written a message to their mail, but i do expect it to be pointless. Scammers don't react to things like this. It's just a trashcan with a bunch of angry people they've scammed. My case won't be solved, and I can honestly say that without even having to see if they care to respond. I have also contacted casino guru to have them contact them and hopefully the gaming commission so they can have their license taken from away.

I’m honestly glad this happened when I “only” won $200. My losses are way bigger overall, but this was the wake-up call I needed. Chips isn’t just a bad casino—it’s a deliberate scam.

Shady casino! Stay away! The disable withdraws as soon as you make bigger depos. The claim you are breaking TOS but won't elaborate on it and just stop replying at all. Worst customer support ever!

Will block withdrawals whenever they feel like. Some rollover for no reason. When rollover get completed it will lower the allowance. Pretty much a system to allow them to not allow you to withdraw your winnings. Beats the whole purpose of being a crypto casino no?

My account got banned after requesting withdrawal and completing KYC procedure. Avoid this website at all costs.
