Positive Experience all around.
While I purchased the unit over 6 months ago, the representative was quick on all communications including initial response, at all times I was informed of what was happening. They confirmed there were no product changes or issues noted and offered possible solutions, which ended in an offer of some new adhesive tape for installation at no cost.

Chin Mounts Is Pretty Rad
I originally thought my package was stolen because it didn’t show up a week after it said it was delivered. After it came in, I talked to a representative at Chin Mounts and got it sorted. They’re very helpful and understanding for complications like this, and I’m very happy with my order because of it. These mounts are great
These mounts are great! I use mine with a gopro and mic attached. I fitted it at the start of last years riding season and it is still on, not budged and survived 190mph. I’ll be ordering the rear tail mount for the insta 360 selfie stick for this season 🔥

Late delivery and no response/updates
Ordered from the website on the 6th of january, i am writing this on the 21st, still no updates on shipping, i send an email asking about it and they just give me a link to the shipping company tracking, which has been saying "pending pick-up" since the 6th, i proceed to send an email today saying that it still has not arrived and if i can get an update, 12 hours go by and no reply.
Definitely not ordering from them again, do yourself a favor and just order from aliexpress, it's the exact same product since they just dropship it

I’ve now bought two chin mounts for two…
I’ve now bought two chin mounts for two different helmets. Both are a perfect fit and have never even slightly came loose. I know there’s other things like this on the market but those will always have SOME flaw, where chin mounts are perfectly made for each helmet individually.
