My item was sent on 29/03 with tracking number. Until today no tracking possible - not available. The customer service does not answer even after 2 inquiries!
Now I have to try to get my money back with PayPal.
Never buy again at this company!

I bought a phone and a tech21 case, after I order I receive email from them within 24 hours with the tracking number.
Both of the items arrive safely and in great condition.
