Unable to book an or see a GP

Unable to book an or see a GP. I was requested by 111 to phone them as I must speak to a GP before they close, but after queuing was greeted with an aggressive receptionist who told me to use the website and denied I had to queue. The website states it's reviewed within 2 days. There was no option to select triage as she informed me. She also told me if I'm not happy , to register somewhere else, and that she has no staff to help me book an appointment. Disgusting. If only I could register somewhere else.
